The staff was friendly and nice. There was no line when I came in around 11:15am on a Saturday, and my sandwich came out very fast

Real Life

Terrible customer service. The lady at the register during the night shift was extremely rude and made me feel unwelcome. Her attitude was unprofessional, and it completely ruined my experience. I won’t be coming back to this location again.”

One of the cleanest lil restaurants I've ever been to. Staff is very nice

The food was good, my kicking ranch wrap had entirely too many hot peppers on it though. Other than that, no complaints.

Register girl working at 12:35PM on 10/29 got some attitude issues.

I called to make sure they had French bread before I went, because they were all out my prior visit the night before.

Much friendlier place than the one in Berwyn (on 22nd near Harlem). The Berwyn JJ has some of the most sour faced, up tight staff. I don't think they like older customers or people with disabilities. Get over "yo self". Y'all ain't cute... The don't even say Thank You. To be fair there were a couple of nice staff there ...The JJ staff on Ogden and Grand are most welcoming. Totally different vibe there. Never say never, as the saying goes. I don't think I'd ever go to the 22nd St. JJ again . Toxic!

This is my local Jimmy John’s and it’s had a major glow up. The old staff was honestly kind of rude. I’d say hello, they’d stare back blankly and make me feel uncomfortable. Like I was an inconvenience. However! The new staff greets everyone who walks in, they’re attentive and obviously freaky fast. They rock. Really nice to see a positive change from my local JJs.

Now to what I think is Jimmy’s greatest work…the esteemed wrap. Holy cow this thing is a 10/10. Make no substitutions, Jimmy nailed this wrap with every ingredient. I love all the seasonal wraps but this one reigns supreme and holds a dear place in my heart and soul. Perfection is often sought, imitated constantly and rarely achieved.

Well James John, you’ve created a perfect wrap. Continued success with your tortilla wrapped journey. I’m happy to be along for the ride.

Quite possibly the worst JJ's I've been to in the city. Or anywhere. Customer service is more like zero stars. I don't know what else to say... For a business like this, customer service is everything. At least it should be. My kids love the food, and I live nearby, so we'll unfortunately continue to come here every once in a while. But I know my order will always be screwed up here, and we'll likely be treated in a rude and dismissive manner (like they're doing US a favor by taking our order!).

Parking: Very limited parking lot. You're competing with several other high traffic businesses (UPS Store, Starbucks). But you can park on the street and walk a block or two.

Honestly I’m surprised by all the negative reviews. I’ve always had the best experiences with service here, Eddie is the man.

Don't ever order catering from this location. They are totally incompetent, and have absoluty the worst customer service. Get this they completely botch our order ruining an event, then the manager gives us an attitude and offers us a discount on our next order! As if we were ever going to order from here again. Buyer beware.

Delicious wheat slice spicy Italian made by an artist of a woman who imputed love to her sandwich, I have no pictures because I am unable to photograph my delighted taste buds!

Every time you place an order of 10+ sandwiches, they call you with the same excuse, that they don’t have enough bread for the order. They used this exact same excuse twice before and yet again, they called me to let me know they are going to void the order because they don’t have enough bread. They’re just lazy and don’t want to make big orders. PERIODT.P.S. they called me at 5pm that they don’t have enough bread for 12 sandwiches because they close at 7. So if 15 customers come between 5-7pm what are they going to do, turn them away? This location needs some serious staff change, they’re all lazy.
