Generally this location is OK but today for the 3rd time I didn't receive the chips I ordered. Because it's delivery it's hard to resolve this - I have to call, get store credit, then call back on my next order to claim the credit. It's barely worth it. Same mistake over and over and it's getting tiresome.

I ordered a sandwich at 6:24 PM and waited and waited. I called twice where I was hung up in and told “they have more orders than just you”. I then received a text 1.5 hours later saying “food there” and when I went down there was no food and I texted and called the number and no response. So I never got my food and they were rude. Don’t go to this store

Can’t even deliver their own sandwiches. Scheduled my delivery through uber. Wanted me to wait over an hour. So much for freaky fast

My family did a curbside order which took a while to come out even though the place was empty. When the employee brought it out, he had a horrible attitude and basically threw the food into my partners had. When we had driven off from the location and looked inside, the worker was walking to the door throwing up inappropriate gang signs. First and last time we will be ordering from this location.

Really made our night! Had just left from a disappointingly rude experience with management at Kibbitznest, but the customer service here was incredible and welcoming. Thank you guys. Seriously! You never know what others have gone through in their day.

It’s been over an hour and I still haven’t received my food. I’ve called twice and they’ve told me there on the way, mind you the restaurant is 5 blocks away. I just don’t understand, I’ve never experienced this.

I ordered food and they waited 45 minutes to call back and say they couldn't deliver to me, then told me to call another Jimmy john's and they sent me back to this one. Hopefully they can fix this, for future

This is the second time I ordered giant beach club and it didn’t have turkey!First time was in another location a month ago…I read online they are in turkey shortage, but at least they have to tell the customer we don’t have turkey.Fist time I passed, and thought its just a mistake, but second time is not okay.

Messed up my online order, I was also missing items I paid for but by the time I realized I was already home: Unfortunate experience.

Order at least an hour ahead of when you need it. I can’t leave for break and thought delivery would be quick for just being down the street. I called to see where my order was and they were “just leaving.” Waited almost an hour total for someone who delivered in a car a block away. And my chips weren’t even in the bag. I didn’t call back because I used a reward, so they were free. The sandwich was good though.

I called this morning to place an order for delivery and the older lady on the other line seemed like she didn’t want to take my order and kept sighing and asking me “is that it” as if I was bothering her. I just decided to hang up and order something else instead of feeling like I’m taking up her time. If you can handle attitudes than go ahead but I’m not wasting my time on rude customer service
