Really made our night! Had just left from a disappointingly rude experience with management at Kibbitznest, but the customer service here was incredible and welcoming. Thank you guys. Seriously! You never know what others have gone through in their day.

This is the second time I ordered giant beach club and it didn’t have turkey!First time was in another location a month ago…I read online they are in turkey shortage, but at least they have to tell the customer we don’t have turkey.Fist time I passed, and thought its just a mistake, but second time is not okay.

lowkey a$$, make sure you tip bc they'll call you after hustling you to tip LOL. and god forbid you order 10 min before they close- might write something on ur receipt.

It’s been over an hour and I still haven’t received my food. I’ve called twice and they’ve told me there on the way, mind you the restaurant is 5 blocks away. I just don’t understand, I’ve never experienced this.

Messed up my online order, I was also missing items I paid for but by the time I realized I was already home: Unfortunate experience.

Order at least an hour ahead of when you need it. I can’t leave for break and thought delivery would be quick for just being down the street. I called to see where my order was and they were “just leaving.” Waited almost an hour total for someone who delivered in a car a block away. And my chips weren’t even in the bag. I didn’t call back because I used a reward, so they were free. The sandwich was good though.

Worst location, ordered online, took over 45 minutes and still wasnt delivered. Called and the manager was rude and clearly stated "we dont advertise freaky fast anymore". This location was .3 miles away so obviously their logistics or planning is sub par. DONT USE THIS LOCATION!

This location is everything against what jimmy john stands for when it comes to customer service. I came here before the the person at the counter was rude and could careless about my order. I figured it was off day. Everyone has those. Came back again today and same person at the counter with the same attitude. Also, freaky fast?! More like freakishly slow.
