Twice in the last week there’s been ingredients missing from my sandwich pickup orders. This place can’t get it right.

Don’t eat here. Ordered at 11:34am, at 12:12pm still no food, I called and the representative on the phone said he was working alone. This is an owner or franchise complaint then, as they are responsible for staffing. Like, it’s Jimmy John’s, not a mom and pop that you may expect to never get your food from. Awful experience. Don’t do delivery here. Hopefully we get our food at some point.

Idk what it is about this JJ but they never remember any add-ons, like provolone, and for some reason they never put enough mayo on.I have had to return a sandwich because I thought they forgot the mayo. I open it up and it is the smallest smidge of mayo ever.One of the dudes who works there is cool but overall this JJ’s blows

I usually order here since I work 2 minutes away , and I’ve had more bad experiences than good. They don’t read prep instructions carefully and I’ve ordered 35 minutes ahead of time for pick up and I’ve had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes sometimes for my food. Hopefully they can more staff.
