Slowest Jimmy John's I've ever been to. Orders are always wrong, bread is always old.

Walk in very long wait lines of people who already ordered. There is nothing freaky fast about this location.

Just grabbed two wraps from here it took them 10 minutes to decide who would even make the wraps 15 minutes total time for two wraps and I was only person in there , then get to the beach and discover one of the chicken wraps has no CHICKEN! What a disaster .

Needs to open earlier. Not to many places to choose from. One star only for it not open early, 4.5 stars for friendly and fast service.

I usually order here since I work 2 minutes away , and I’ve had more bad experiences than good. They don’t read prep instructions carefully and I’ve ordered 35 minutes ahead of time for pick up and I’ve had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes sometimes for my food. Hopefully they can more staff.

At first I was mad at them because it was taking over an hour for my food to be delivered. Then I called them and they said they didn't get it and I found out that I put the wrong zip code for my card. So after I actually submitted the order, it was here within 20 minutes. There was a little too many spices on my Vito, but I know I am a picky eater, so I am not holding that against them.

Customer service was nice. The guy that made my Italian sub deserves a raise. It tasted so good, and not messy. Place is clean & the GM explained the perks of online purchasing. Will be back. Thank you

Placed an online order today, due to busy work schedule I placed a delivery, ( store is 5 mins from work) however, after 30 mins of waiting called the store for ETA.. they said they never got my order, but then told me they found me & didn’t know the ETA… cancelled order.. first Jimmy John’s to ever disappoint…

Of all the sandwich shop chains that do business in the Chicago area, Jimmy John's is most likely to call it home. This counter-serve chain that specializes in submarine and club sandwiches was founded in Charleston, Illinois, in 1983 and now is headquartered in Champaign, Illinois. It has grown to include 2,755 locations, 45 in Chicago. One of them is at 57 West Division Street, between Dearborn and Clark, in the city's Gold Coast neighborhood, only three blocks from my home. In fact, there are three other Jimmy John's locations within walking distance--705 North State, 461 West Chicago and 501 North La Salle. Open from 10 to 10 Sunday through Thursday and 10 to midnight on Friday and Saturday, Jimmy John's is convenient, timely and accessible. Most important, the food is terrific. Start with the bread, eight-inch or 16-inch French bread and 9-grain wheat bread, baked all day, every day. The three most popular sandwiches on the menu are Turkey Tom with hand-sliced turkey breast topped with mayo lettuce and tomato, the most nutritious one of all, Italian Night Club with salami, capicola, smoked ham, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, oregano, basil and oil and vinegar and the new All-American Beefy Crunch with hand-sliced roast beef, American cheese, 1,000 Island dressing, onion strings, pickles, lettuce and onion. Other highly recommended sandwiches are Big John with hand-sliced roast beef topped with mayo, lettuce and tomato, Totally Tuna with tuna salad, cucumber, lettuce and tomato and Country Club with turkey, ham, provolone, lettuce, tomato and mayo. Jimmy John's really knows how to put a sandwich together.

Doesn't even deserve one star. Order is always wrong with delivery. So never order delivery. Called to say half our order was wrong. They said oh we had this sandwich sitting here and had no idea what it went with. Uhhhhh. Said the driver was right on their way. One hour later. Still nothing. Call back. Oh your sandwich was delivered. Blames our doorman for not calling us. Which was false. No receipt or name on our re-delivery. No going there extra step to make their mistake right. Wish I could take that 20% tip back. Will purposely walk to the other JJ in the future to never make a purchase from here again. No apology. No nothing. 2 hours after ordering for a wrong order. On a separate order the bike delivery guy made me come down to show my credit card in person to beg for a higher tip. I paid online you dufus. And awkwardly begging for a higher tip was so unacceptable. Never again.

Kay (If that's how you spell it) is one of the best human beings, and makes coming to get JJ's a worthwhile trip. She's funny and somehow always manages to have a good attitude. When she told me she was going to be moved I about threw my sandwich. JJ's is good, but if Kay leaves, I'm gonna be less motivated to get JJ's, you know?JJ's is like a 3 or 4 star rating, sandwiches are made fast and taste good, but Kay brings that 5 star energy.

Place closed early on a Friday at 6:37pm for “weather” despite the fact that it’s barely raining. Poor service, don’t go here

Abysmal experience. Delivery order took +1 hour, store wouldn't answer their phone. Will be contacting the corporate line / app
