Sencere and Tajawon went above and beyond to make sure I was being taken care of, the minute I walk in I wanted to use bathroom only but they sold me on a sandwich and the rewards program so I did lol now here I am given them a review that they well deserve! Keep up the good work!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I went into this specific establishment and they tried to upcharge me for wanting my sandwich toasted and then they removed meat from my sandwich no one could tell me why? Then they charged double for them to take the meat off MY sandwich because they didn’t want to toast it because my sub was an “original” and not a “favorite” after going to three stores they could have simply said that it wasn’t an original it was an upcharge that’s ridiculous & if that’s the case explain to the customers what’s going on because when you can’t explain that starts confusion and frustration between the establishment and customer. That being said the change you all made will definitely lose you all some money you guys suck for that it won’t last long I’ll tell you that

April 26th, 2025 5:55 pm. My order taker was a very patient person. While I looked at the menu, he washed his hands and changed gloves. I really love that. He asked me if I'd like to personalize my sandwich. Took my order and made the food. I was in and out. Thanks again.

Ordered a spicy Italian. My order added pickles and bacon. That was the only change. My sandwich arrives without mayo and without the pickles. This wasn't a complicated order.

Tables dirty and spent my lunch picking out a lot of onions out when I reqno onions on the sandwich and it still tasted like onions in it. Couldn't eat the whole sandwich I paid for.

I was a little skeptical since I'm away from home but everything went good!
Mediocre sandwiches and freaky slow delivery. Takes 30-40 min to get a sandwich delivered. I can order food that actually has to cook and get it faster than a JJ sandwich from here.

Two weeks ago I ordered online a big John. Went to pick it up and they didn’t have bread and offered me to make it in a wrap or wheat bread. I couldn’t wait 20-30 min for their French bread to be done and had to get back to work. I chose wheat bread but wasn’t a fan of it. I was sent a survey from Jimmy John’s and answered truthfully I was disappointed I couldn’t get my correct order. The district manager reached out to me and asked me to try again and they gave me a $5 credit. I came back and gave them another chance. 2nd visit was just as disappointing. The sandwich was so flat. It was bread and a layer of meat. They skimped out on the lettuce. The tomatoes were cut very thick. I’ll skip this JJ location for now.

I’ve worked at Jimmy John’s and know firsthand that it is not that difficult of a job as this location makes it seems. Never worth the time as your order will likely be incorrect anyways. Beyond disappointing JJ location.

It had been sometime since I’d visited a Jimmy John’s the staff were so helpful with pleasing my kids sandwich wishes. They now are Jimmy John’s youngest fans!! Everything was delicious and fresh! Kudos to the manager, Cristian, for keeping a clean, professional, and friendly environment.
