Horrible customer service. Ordered a sandwich via the app and discovered when I got back to my office it had literally not a single topping, despite the full list of items requested on the bag/ticket. Sent a follow-up with picture of the issue via the JJ portal, and although it stated it was passed onto the store I never received a refund or even a reply back.

I love this Jimmy John’s! I frequent this location as I work in the same building, and the definitely live up to the promise of being freaky fast, and the sandwiches are consistently delicious. But my favorite is how nice all the employees are here!! You guys rock.

This place uses my name and I did grow up with a boy named Jimmy so I like that. I wonder where it gets it's animals from or how are the the ones treated that give dairy or egg

Used to be fast but gotten really slow for a Jimmy John's restaurant lately.
So slow. Sandwiches takes 30 seconds. No reason why I’m on minute 3 with no one else in the store.

It's okay if you work near by and need something fast. The people are friendly, but I don't think they pay much mind when making sandwiches (Which is understandable. It's something they do everyday). I would not recommend adding extra to anything. On 3 occasions I've paid extra for what seems like the same amount of cheese and avocado on my veggie sandwich.

I eat Jimmy John's quite often, I been to several locations and this by far ...... the worst sandwich I have ever ate from them. I would have complained but I really don't think it will help.
