The workers have been nothing but nice and kind with great service- however they have been working in poor conditions. It is nearly 90 degrees this week and they still do not have air conditioning. Nothing is being done about this- the poor workers are struggling in this heat and nobody seems to care. They deserve better!!!!!!!

I read other reviews how fast they are, or how great customer service they have... Well what about food!!! I have been there twice and both ??. 1) I paid for a Turkey Tom , sandwich was full of green but no meat. We don't pay for lettuce only so please educate your team. 2) On second time , after I explained that I was here before and that was a frustration so please do a good job this time and not only lettuce, please. Her response was ohh sir, I forgot to tell you but we are out of turkey?!? Well you might be out of any kind of meat and no problem at all but for some reason did not seem the truth. So better to go to another JJ because this one is not giving you your money's worth!!!
This is the friendliest Jimmy John’s ever. As for food, it’s your standard Jimmy John’s. But I’m writing this review just because they were so nice, and speedy!

This Jimmy Johns and the staff that work there are great. They totally break the stigma of disgruntled service employees in downtown areas. I order from this location once a week and they are yet to mess up an order of mine and on top of that I'm always greeted with a enthusiastic hello no matter how busy they are. Not sure why some of these other reviewers seem so freaky frazzled because in my opinion this location is pretty freaky f***ing awesome.

I ordered a sandwich with onions and peppers, I received a sandwich without onions or peppers. It wasn't busy, but there was only one person on the line and he seemed new. The other employee who took the order should have been checking to make sure he did it correctly.
