Rude on the phone. Didn’t want to deliver to my location which was 3/4 of a mile away. He said to call other closer locations and that “I WILL NOT DELIVER THERE”!! I called that location specifically because it had better ratings than the other jimmy johns that were a little closer. Maybe they lower ratings.

I was in and out fast and the quality met expectations. Typical for the Loop you're paying a huge premium to eat lunch there and unfortunately this restaurant is no different. Also typical for the Loop this restaurant closes very early (4:00 p.m.). Long story short eating lunch in the Loop SUCKS but if you have a craving for Jimmy John's this location will satisfy as well as any other.

So I come here pretty much every day for lunch and my order is always prepared properly and quickly they have never made a mistake and they always greet me with a warm and positive attitudeAnd the one time I had an issue they spent the time to understand what the problem was and turns out it was my fault and they explained clearly where the error occurredOverall I love this jimmy John's the staff is the best

I have never in my life experienced something extremely uncomfortable at the Jimmy Johns on 180 N LaSalle St. Two of the employees were being inappropriate while they were supposed to be working. The young lady, Reyna, I was able to get her name, making the sandwiches and the other young lad were being touchy with each other. I saw the young lad rub up against the lady and she just let it happen. I don't know about the way this place is being run but I don't think that was appropriate. You would think this place was more focused on being freaky fast as their logo says but the employees were busy thinking of something else. I will never be going to this place again. Who know if they did things and were not thinking about being sanitized. This place deserves no stars but the review didn't let me post this if I didn't rate.
