Do not come here if you have allergies. We had a simple cross contamination issue with a juice we wanted and they shamed us and acted like it was a massive issue. We all felt extremely uncomfortable and unwanted over a simple allergy. Needs some staffing improvements immediately.

Extremely disappointed with my experience here! Apart from the food being just ok, this morning on 5/30/25 around 8ish AM, I watched as no one came to the aid of a lady who had tripped and fell hard in the cafe at this location.
Across from the women’s bathroom there were a few stacks of boxes. Except one stray, small box next to them. A lady in her 50s-60s was on her phone for a brief moment, but had managed to trip on the stray box jutting into the entry way to this bathroom. She fell very hard, and not one person or staff member cared to make sure she was alright! I asked her if she had hit her head and she said no, and I looked at the two staff members (a young man and lady) and had emphasized how a lady had fallen. Blank stares is all I got. No sense of urgency to make sure the poor woman was ok. Also, it’s concerning that no help was given when it happened in front of everyone (because you most definitely heard her fall and most likely saw it…) but the fact that I had said something and still nothing?! Outrageous!!
The lady said she was alright, and had said she hadn’t hit her head, but still!! What if she had? And she did fall hard enough where I can only assume she will have some bad bruises. I mean just the lack of human decency was astonishing. If not for the bystanders eating there, the staff too.
She then exclaimed to the workers how she had tripped on the stray box, and just asked why they had them here (because maybe they should move the boxes out of the walkway so no one trips again…) the male worker proceeded to finally say “it’s our shipment we just got.” Just complete disregard of what happened to the lady and anybody else’s safety. And while I was there, not once did they ask if she was ok or came over to see if she was alright. I am just absolutely disgusted with this behavior. And there’s no reason a bunch of boxes or a stray box would be in that walkway first of all.
She fell so hard, and I just can’t help but wonder if it were worse. Shame on these two employees. I hope you find better staff members at this location!

Nice vibe inside. The sandwiches are fine. Very thin bread has a nice crisp to it but the turkey sandwich and the spicy tuna were unremarkable. Pretty much a canned tuna salad sandwich + giardiniera (don’t expect a poke style spicy tuna). Açaí bowls were forgettable. I appreciated the almond butter but the granola could have more flavor and chunks to pair with the banana and açaí

It was a nice pick me up having i ordered the stress down juice and my favorite spicy tuna sandwich. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The environment was very chill just what I needed after getting off work as a massage therapist. I just chilled I felt relaxed. I was able to read and morning while having a good pick me up meal!!!

Well made sandwich! It was fresh and high quality, I highly recommend ordering the spicy tuna.
It’s pretty expensive though - 2 sandwiches and a juice cost 44 dollars, and the app still asks for a tip. I understand it’s more health conscious and using Whole Foods but it still charges a lot for the amount of food you actually get.

I love coming here to study. Really good ambience, somehow they get it to smell healthy, and the workers are kind. The matcha is soooooo good, especially the one with vanilla, but the plain is also good, and their coffee is good too

I love Joe & The Juice, we need one in Cincinnati!!! I became addicted to the juice shots, juices, the coffee, and the tunacado!! The flat bread is amazing!!! And the little carrot cakes and brownies were so good! I miss you Joe and the Juice!!

I asked for a juice with pineapple. Barely tasted the pineapple. Asked for a new one with pineapple, he did not want to make me one but instead charge me for a new one. I just came out of a medical procedure where I couldn’t eat or drink anything so when I first tried the juice I drank a lot of it at once because I was super dehydrated, that’s why the drink was half empty and that’s when I started to notice there was barely any pineapple in it. He refused to make me a new one even though I explained the situation that I was severely dehydrated that’s why I drank it fast. I think they are racist towards Muslims and islamaphobic. And girls wearing hijab. That sucks because this used to be my favorite place
