I love coming here to study. Really good ambience, somehow they get it to smell healthy, and the workers are kind. The matcha is soooooo good, especially the one with vanilla, but the plain is also good, and their coffee is good too

I asked for a juice with pineapple. Barely tasted the pineapple. Asked for a new one with pineapple, he did not want to make me one but instead charge me for a new one. I just came out of a medical procedure where I couldn’t eat or drink anything so when I first tried the juice I drank a lot of it at once because I was super dehydrated, that’s why the drink was half empty and that’s when I started to notice there was barely any pineapple in it. He refused to make me a new one even though I explained the situation that I was severely dehydrated that’s why I drank it fast. I think they are racist towards Muslims and islamaphobic. And girls wearing hijab. That sucks because this used to be my favorite place

The coffee was absolutely delicious. The service was top notch- honest and knowledgeable with a friendly face. The atmosphere is a little cold feeling and the music is loud so it is not the place for study/work, although there is free wifi.If you’re looking for a great cup of coffee I would recommend Joe and Juice.

Try the Tunacado and ask for it to be spicy - you won’t regret it! Tasty sandwich and juices here. I’ll be back!

Slow, uncaring and basically disenchanted with customer service.

This branch had dirty tables and the juices we ordered tasted different (much worse).

BEWARE! Avoid this location. There are several better ones within a mile away. This one happens to be consistently bad. I absolutely love Joe & The Juice. They have delicious sandwiches, juices, and everything is healthy. I am a local regular here as it’s closest to my apartment. I get 1-2 avocado sandwiches per week. 9/10 times, there’s at least 1 missing ingredient. I pay extra for cucumber and red pepper, so it’s annoying that I’m paying extra for ingredients and don’t even get them. Last time I was here, a female worker made the sandwich wrong 2 times, first she forgot bell pepper and tomato (pepper was extra) then the second time, no cheese.. which is the main protein on the avocado sandwich. I got a sandwich the same week and the cucumber was missing (cucumber is extra). So that week, they had many chances to make the sandwich correctly but on all occasions, they forget ingredients (that I paid an extra cost for) each time. It’s honest really disappointing because it’s not that hard to read the order and double check. I understand things happen but what I had an issue with was her attitude. When I went up to the counter, the juicer (another woman) played dumb, asked me “what sandwich did you have?” and “whats your name?” I answered. And then she made a confused face and didn’t say anything. She then got the sandwich maker’s attention (the woman who made it) who asked me the same questions! (In my head I’m like, uhhhh, what does this even matter?) and she literally rolled her eyes, opened the sandwich and ”said “there’s red pepper right there” in a nasty tone.. and literally wasn’t any red pepper on there. She did not apologize and was laughing with the other woman, while rolling her eyes. At that moment, I was in shock because they laughed in my face and kept looking at one another like children. It was bizarre and made me and other customers uncomfortable. I’m pretty easy going but when I’m treated with disrespect in a place I spend a lot of money at regularly (where they can’t even get the order right), I felt the need to say something. I said “you know, this isn’t good customer service. You could at least apologize and remake it”then there the man employee (manager maybe?) said that they were going to handle it. The girls were rolling their eyes and continuing to smirk, make faces, and look over at each other and laughing. I was honestly so shocked and felt really hurt by this like I was being bullying in middle school or something. I had never been treated like this as a customer. I am not sure why they haven’t received the proper training but it was uncalled for. Anyways, I sat back down while they made the sandwich because it was so uncomfortable being up there. They shouted my name when the sandwich was ready and my boyfriend went up to get it. I opened the sandwich and now there’s cheese missing, which is the main protein in the avocado sandwich. I brought it back up and said that here was no cheese on it now. She doesn’t say a word, has a blank face and opened the sandwich in disbelief (even though she continued to forget ingredients, this time the main ingredient) then raised her voice at me because I told her I just simply wanted a refund because they couldn’t make the sandwich right. She cussed at me and then was told to stop by her manager. I told her once again she was not providing good customer service. Literally all she had to do was apologize and say she will remake it or just give me the missing ingredients on the side.. instead she makes a scene. Customers were all turned around in disbelief. She went in the back room and peeked back. Everyone was watching. It was weird, unprofessional, immature, and inexcusable. She needs proper training to handle customer service, and she needs to follow directions and actually read the orders. She’s clearly not capable of making a sandwich or owning up to her mistakes.
