Such a cute little coffee and smoothie place! It is pricey but I guess coffee everywhere in Chicago is now. I got a matcha latte and it was good but nothing to rave about. The atmosphere was really nice though to pop in and hangout or study, etc. The service was also really friendly and quick!

The concepts are good, the execution is bad. The last three times I have left with a sandwich that was prepared incorrectly. The tickets spell it out clearly, but I guess following it is too much effort. The staff is really non existent in the way of any customer service. Maybe say hi or thank-you. You get better service from a vending machine.

This place sucks, I was treated pretty poorly and they obviously didn’t want to talk to me. Wasn’t acknowledged while waiting, and when i was, it was met with attitude, and was avoided while juicer was obviously not working. One of the guys joked with another, “We’re just ‘Joe’ today, not ‘Joe & the Juice’.” Cool, how long did you want me to stand there before letting me know that personally? lol. It would’ve been nice to be told that instead of having to come to that conclusion. Ended up just asking for a refund while waiting.Also really gross to see someone cooking over a grill with long hair out. Kindness goes a long way. :) call me a karen but these people suck.

I love Joe and the juice! The sandwich’s and juices are so good and fresh! Go away doc is my favorite juice it includes apple, ginger, carrots and olive oil. Spicy tuna sandwich is my go to! The tuna mousse paired with the crunch of the jalapeños and tomato. I wish I knew where they purchase their joes classic bread, the crunch and panini marks really tie everything together. The turmeric shot with black pepper is so good! What a boost to start my day. I actually tried the Joes club today for the first time since I’m so obsessed with the spicy tuna and honestly it was also do delicious. Chicken was well seasoned paired with avocado and vegan pesto!Also noticed every Joe and the juice is styled so chic! Such a great establishment to eat and drink while being made with fresh and healthy ingredients.

Ate there Sunday evening Tunacada was cold and my blue drink Literally tasted like nothing woke up Monday morning fighting for my life it ruined the end of my trip and I'm just reading this place was coded months back I hope this place gets shutdown

Spicy Tuna sandwich is delicious, as well as the rebuild 2.0 smoothie. The atmosphere is nice for working, stations have outlets if needed and decent Wi-Fi. The service could be better, but what else would one expect from young college students?

For there to be so many reviews of people complaining about the staff being rude and unwelcoming you would think this would be something someone in charge of operations would address. It is utterly ridiculous when you spend 10+ on a juice.
