I visited this Joe & The Juice branch twice, and both times, the order took an unusually long time to be prepared. The first time, I assumed it was because the place was crowded, but on my second visit, the place was almost empty, yet the order still took a long time. This delay even caused me to miss my bus. Very disappointing!

The service was horrible, the girl who served us was super rude. She didn't speak to you and when you asked her something she just shook her head and answered you. We told her we were missing a muffin and he didn't say anything, he just put it on the counter. It is so sad bc we love Joe and the juice and we go every time we find one

Not good, i ordered on the app while i was in the shop and no one called my name when my order was ready, i ordered a turkey sandwich, turkey slices were so thick and the bread was so stale it feels like the sandwich was made two days ago and reheated, when i asked them to reheat the sandwich they said they had no microwave or panini press to reheat it. Coffee was decent but not the best.

The experience was terrible. The workers were very unspoolite and rough, the tables and the floor were very dirty. The espresso machine was broken, so we just asked for hot coffee and tea. But they only had coffee for two cups, and there was no hot water at all. They added cold milk to the hot coffee, so drank cold coffee

Visisted Joe & The Juice here in Chicago, and they did not disappoint. Quality ingredients and quality food. Tried Joe’s Club and it was really amazing. The bread was whole wheat yet thin and of top quality. The avocados and chicken were a great combo. Highly recommend it. Nice, cozy seating area inside as well!
