Love the music at this location! Amazing menu! Time from ordering to delivery of my cappuccino was a little longer than the competition. I had to ask what the status is and she stated she was working on it. Just some helpful feedback.The receptionist was super friendly and a great ambassador for the brand.

Extremely disappointing customer service. The cashier made a rude remark, telling me I should “learn how to choose the correct location in the app.” This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered an unfriendly attitude from him — he always seems irritated whenever I visit. If someone is being paid to interact with customers, basic courtesy and professionalism should be expected. I hope management addresses this man seriously. He was in the cashier at 9PM on Sunday, June 15.

Crappy customer service. Tried to charge for missing ingredient substitution. They had no apples which is in half their juices and said that extra carrots to fill it would be extra. Employee at register who was rude was adyen. Left my son in tears. Saw them belittle a man whose coffee spilled on his hand due to being over filled. They shrugged off his complaint and giggled as he left. Good sandwich tho

I visited this Joe & The Juice branch twice, and both times, the order took an unusually long time to be prepared. The first time, I assumed it was because the place was crowded, but on my second visit, the place was almost empty, yet the order still took a long time. This delay even caused me to miss my bus. Very disappointing!

The service was horrible, the girl who served us was super rude. She didn't speak to you and when you asked her something she just shook her head and answered you. We told her we were missing a muffin and he didn't say anything, he just put it on the counter.
It is so sad bc we love Joe and the juice and we go every time we find one

Not good, i ordered on the app while i was in the shop and no one called my name when my order was ready, i ordered a turkey sandwich, turkey slices were so thick and the bread was so stale it feels like the sandwich was made two days ago and reheated, when i asked them to reheat the sandwich they said they had no microwave or panini press to reheat it. Coffee was decent but not the best.
