Very good iced coffees. Very good flavor to them. They were made speedy. They were made accurately. There's really good service. Nobody was in frowns. Everybody was happy to be there it seemed. Really friendly staff. Really nice environment. Really cool. Chill music. I would recommend this place to people in the area. It wasn't even that expensive. It was like normal coffee prices, not downtown coffee prices. It's in the Sears Tower. Excuse me. Willis Tower but it is open to the public.

I ordered an iced vanilla latte and it felt like they pumped 8 pumps of syrup into it after asking them to use half syrup. It tasted like sugar and coffee-flavored milk. The baristas were very nice but I didn't taste it until I was completely too far away for them to fix it.

I was a little hesitant to try this location out based on the reviews, but I went on my lunch today and had a good experience. Everyone was friendly and I had no issues with customer service or long wait time during the busiest time of the day-lunchtime. I will definitely be back.

I got a shake from here. For the price, they should be serving up in larger cups. The cashier hates life and showed no interest in the transaction. Not sure why you would apply for a job that exposes you to people and you have zero people skills. The combo of the ripoff size, bland taste and half-dead cashier, save your time and money.

Walked up to order some food, not one customer in line. Guy behind the counter said we only take online orders. So I had to enter my phone number and email to order an ice cream. Obviously a data grab. Disgusting behavior for a business thay charges such high prices to insist to send me junk mail too, so I can eat.
