Very very average , the only reason I didn’t put 1 star is because it’s not disgusting, it’s just very over priced and you get almost nothing in return , the smoothies are very average the sandwich is ridiculous barely any egg salad and the avocado wasn’t fresh, and you can’t get over the price so nothing taste extra ordinary. Finally the desert carrot cake is so small and tastes very sweet for a dessert that should be subtle . … in short I am pretty disappointed. UPDATE : They reached out promising to improve on my comments , hopefully one day I visit and see the changes.

I ordered a small iced matcha latte but they put more ice than matcha. The tunacado was good and the crunch was good but wasnt like WOW. The flavors were very good bc it had a hint of dill. I probably would go there again for a different sandwich but wont try a drink bc its super over priced and ur not even getting anything for the amount ur paying.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The waiting time and the way the staff responds to customers is not really worth the drinks. We stopped by for a quick juice for a second day on a row, thinking this time was going to be better. But nothing changed! Same 30+ min wait for a couple of juice cups with a horrible attitude. Definitely not coming back. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

UNSANITARY. Found a short black hair in my drink. Cashier was extremely rude. He went back to work after I told him I would like a refund. I had to demand my refund back. SMH. Go to Starbucks next door better service and better health code standards.

The service was one of the best I’ve had! The guy there was very nice to me and recommended suggestions. One of his suggestions, the Paris Hilton smoothie, was incredibly good. I will be returning for it and the tunacado with jalapeños was really good too! It had a lot of flavor and was cooked good. I will be returning here.
Do not waste your money at this location. I have been coming here for over a year, and just got completely ripped off. $15 for an acai bowl that is half the size it use to be, and when asked about it I had the most rude response even by Chicago standards. Taking shrinkflation to another level, Joe and Juice.

Stopped for a quick snack after a business meeting in the Willis. I didn't have time for a proper lunch, so needed something filling. There were plenty of options that weren't just fruit juices. Good range of juices from all veggies to all fruits and everywhere in between.
It was after the lunch crowd, so was able to walk right up and order. Juice was ready within a few minutes and I was on my way. Drink tasted exactly as described and expected.

The young boy with long curly hair is careless and doesn't follow hygienic directiins. He wastes time dancing between items while you wait for the rest of your order. He made mistakes in the ingredients of the drinks and said it doesn't matter, they all the same!!! The black lady working there is great! She tried to fix what he made wrong. If you see this boy working, find another branch to buy your food from.
