Very good iced coffees. Very good flavor to them. They were made speedy. They were made accurately. There's really good service. Nobody was in frowns. Everybody was happy to be there it seemed. Really friendly staff. Really nice environment. Really cool. Chill music. I would recommend this place to people in the area. It wasn't even that expensive. It was like normal coffee prices, not downtown coffee prices. It's in the Sears Tower. Excuse me. Willis Tower but...

I was a little hesitant to try this location out based on the reviews, but I went on my lunch today and had a good experience. Everyone was friendly and I had no issues with customer service or long wait time during the busiest time of the day-lunchtime. I will definitely be back.

This location is very clean. There are a few small tables but there's more seating spread around the area.

The staff was very friendly and efficient.

My latte was good. Not amazing, but good.
