I went into their location on Sacramento it was so unprofessional and ghetto. There was a group of boys that went in the back around people food who were not workers, they were chilling. The cashier came to the front assisted me then told me that they had no Rib Tips and wouldn't be available till 5 hours later which they would be closed at that time. I ordered 10pcs wings and catfish fillet dinner instead. While standing there 2 other customers who obviously were regulars came in order rib tips and they had them. I was told it would take 20 min for my food I waited 30 came back and my food was still not ready and once I did get it and went home. They didn't give me the correct food. I had 5 wing dings and catfish strips (I stated and clarified I didn't want for $18.00) so I wasted $30.00 along with the food taste was horrible parsley and lemon paper salt does not go on everything especially when you don't season the food correctly.

I HAD TO REQUEST MY TABLE BE WIPED OFF SERVER DIDN'T COME FOR 1O MINUTES DRINKS WATER DOWN AND GRATUITY WAS 18% YOUNG KIDS WERE THERE WITH YOUNGER KIDS NOT A GOOD ATMOSPHERE MUSIC WAS TO LOUD TO HEAR EACH OTHER SPEAK!!! WILL NOT RETURN!!!!

Decided to go here after work for the Tuesday Special with my daughter fiancé and coworker. We got there at 4pm when they opened. We first started with asking for the lemon drop special they didn’t have that. We then asked for different drinks didn’t have cause they had no juice. Next we ask for some sodas guess what no sodas at all. All they had was water and they daiquiri flights which was unflavored no alcohol at all and very munched watered down. My fiancé ordered the crab leg boil extra spicy wasn’t nothing spicy about it at all then she asked for the spicy garlic buttered noodles that wasn’t spicy either and the sauce was thick and noodles over cooked then it took 30mins for them to come out. I ordered the spinach dip which was just ok nothing special I’ve had better. But I will say the wings and buffalo shrimps was good. This being our first time and hearing so much good things about it I was very disappointed. Needless to say I won’t be coming back. Then on top of that we was charged $37 for gratuity and the waitress couldn’t stand still long enough to get our order she kept walking away. And we was charged a $18.33 tax twice. Never again definitely wasn’t worth the $215 bill we had. I don’t mind paying for anything that’s worth it but that wasn’t worth it at all. Very Very Disappointed. Also they only take cash

Came late in the evening and they didn't have anything. Asked for 2 pounds of crablegs. Waiter said she only had enough for 1 pound and brought out a bag of scraps. Ordered Buffalo wings, they didn't have any ranch or blue cheese dressing. I was told that they were only taking cash at the time. She never gave us a receipts. She showed the price on her handheld machine.

Very ghetto, margarita flights came in plastic cups with straw cut in half, waitresses very rude wearing bras playing loud vulgar music. Only accepts apple pay through text or cash. I will never return took a hour for food to come out and the food was a 2/10 OVERCHARGED for food and gratuity.

1. The place is just ewww( I didn’t know we’d have to ask for our table to be wiped off) ??‍♀️
2. Food taste like they poured a gallon of salt on it)

4. 1 waitress ( she was very nice…. and attentive….. the only good part about being here)
5. The boils bags are definitely the store ? ones you buy yourself ….. horrible!!!! Nothing extra added to it at all)
6. IF you want drinks….. bring your own!!!!! Nothing was in stock!!!!
7. No tacos!
8. No LAMB CHOPS!!!
9. No Glasses at all for my Strawberry lemon drops!!Had to drink out of plastic cup…. and of course the drink was water down. ???

I always come to this restaurant and the food is always good however the service was not so good today! I asked for a seafood boil on a platter, the waiter gives me a big ass bag with lobster tails and everything else in the bag..that I didn’t ask for! Priced at $65..& they charged me a $17 gratuity and I ate by myself! She didn’t communicate the difference with the bags and got an attitude when I spoke up. It’s always only ONE server tryna wait on all the tables. I’m never going back & I won’t recommend to anybody. Prices high as hell and don’t have enough people working. Beat it.

The food great that turned everything around...I think its more for the younger people ..they didn't have a menu..I was handed a real sign to hold n one menu for the whole table ..not so clean my friend feet were sticking to the floor..we cleaned be for we sat down I really try to support my people even tho we were on 74th n state I still want n need good service the 2 waitresses n we went early evening by 8 people were coming in n I had to go to the bar to get check because 18% Gratuity was the only way the Multitasking waitress bartender my friend was displeased with service but I didn't really expect more but the hope can still be there..

I will not come back into this restaurant ever again and it was my first time experience there. Let me start off from the beginning...... I've been always wanting to check this place out so me and my friend decided to go there this past Friday 9-27-24. When we got there no one & I mean No One greeted us. There are no hosts at all so we didn't know what to do. Just go find a table and sit down I guess ??‍♀️. From the looks of the establishment it was not busy at all just 4 tables of people sitting there & two tables full of garbage that needed to be cleaned off. The bartender (who really was trying to be a sex appeal, horribly failed at that with her shirt unbutton all the way down showing her pink laced bra, truly a turn off) finally acknowledge us while we were deciding if we even wanted to stay there. The bartender asked if we were trying to get a table? reluctantly we said yes so she asked the man sitting at the end of the bar who was wearing flip-flops (not professional) attire to clear the tables. He got up with an attitude and eventually cleared the tables off. The table booth we set at was nasty, the table was still sticky and there were chicken bones all in the seats. Splashes of whatever liquid substance was all over the walls. And they only have one menu to share throughout the whole entire restaurant smh. We really wanted to give these people a try but it got worse. We ordered two flights, some hot chicken wings and bang bang shrimp. Welp the shrimp was NOT Bang Bang Shrimp instead they thought to give us a fake shrimp scampi and the shrimp wasn't fully cooked all the way. They tried to sneak it on us because they didn't even give us the heads up that they didn't have any bang bang shrimp. The chicken was horrible and the drinks were watered down and had no flavor just color. They advertise 31 different flavors but yet only two flavors for a flight, which should be 4 different flavors and not two of the same thing. The music is too damn loud for one, we literally have to scream at each other sitting at the same table smh. The music selection was horrible anyways plus it was playing off someone's cell phone which was truly annoying because it was off n on of loud blasting music then quiet, then loud again then back to quiet every time smh. It's not even a club or sports bar for it to be so loud. Then when I thought it couldn't get any worse. The bathroom lights were out. It was dark so they had the bathroom door wide open for everyone to see me going into the stall. A table of 4 people is literally 5 ft away from me doing my business. No paper towels to dry your hands I'm surprised they even had soap in there. If I could I would give them a F & no stars. Will not be returning back.

First of all, we went in for $20 seafood boil,...
Okay so I'm excited thinking okayyyy it's a good deal. So me and my cousin sit down and my waiter Shelly greets us we order drinks and I say hey Shelly it's $20 day right she replied yes ... okay bet I order the bag with crab , shrimp , sausage and a boiled egg... fast forward out bill $353... IKYFL SHELLY please explain this ... anywho won't be back I don't even wanna type anymore ... anywho food was good but $300 is crazy work on $20 day ??? first and last time

The seafood pasta horrible I just left this place 15 min ago on Tuesday 09/17 and came home to a grease ball!!! The 1 tiny crab leg had no meat in it!! Over spicy didn’t ask for spice an It does not advertise its spicy!!! I can’t believe how much grease was in this pasta you can see the Alfredo sauce an grease separating it’s not even the correct color due to all the grease I will never come back to this place this is my second horrible experience I tried to support!!!!!

They open at 4:00 and this particular day, I went inside with my fiancé to receive $1 tacos, $10 wings, $10 hookah, and $1 shots, and $10 flights We got there at 7pm and there was no more tacos, no more $1 shots but they still had shots for $12, hookah had went up to $20 plus they only had 2 hookahs so I would have to wait for one, they had no ranch for the wings, and the flight paddles took so long to come that they weren’t frozen anymore and they tasted like water, not even juice. They ran out of cups for the flights so that’s why we had to wait til others was done. The waitress seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. Then they gave the nerve to put 18% gratuity. They weren’t busy at all so I don’t know how we were inconvenienced that badly. I will never return.
