I ordered online my husband went in and showed the confirmation text and the receipt online and the lady ignored him and said I can't tell by that...go to Hillside you ordered from Hillside although my receipt said Chicago 4809...we called hillside and the owner of Joe's resolved my issue, just like that. He called Chicago after explaining my situation with the bad customer service we received and I received my order.

I have always eaten at Joe's BBQ. The food was seasoned, and the portions were plentiful, but now I do not like the food, no taste, and the prices are high and the portions got VERY SMALL. I'm going to just leave this place to others. It's not for me anymore. Can't give a rating on the food cause there was no flavor.

Horrible!!! I just came in from ordering a large turkey tip and it was horrible; from the size of the order to the temperature of my meal, it was all bad. The tips were hard, cold and small; the fries were cold, the only thing that was good was the sauce. I will never, ever order there ever again. Horrible!!!!

Tell me why. I called in my order. The staff arguing and I paid 24 something got ready to wind down. This is what I got a bunch of about burnt tips. 2 sauges cut up ate about 3. Could not find any more. On top of this I called in this messed up food order for almost 25.00. I will be contacting the B.B.B.for my money. And the Women had that fake hair flying around no nets. And no gloves please stop. Going to Joe's on Madison. I support all Black Business but this one on Madison is definitely is a NO!! I called My order in. I got got there like 20 mins. Later I still had to wait an hour for this burnt food for 25.00. I'm contacting the B.B.B. and everyone elsewith my pictures.

I was dissatisfied with my entire order, which is why I gave a lower rating. The Turkey tips I received were not actually turkey tips; instead, I got three tips and the rest was made up of cut-up sausages. The fried chicken wings, which came with sauce on the side, was plain, tasteless, and cold, with the overpowering flavor of chicken grease. Additionally, the collard greens side dish was served cold, which was a first for me as I have never encountered any restuarant selling cold collard greens. Since it was my first visit and I was only in town for a short period, I had decided to try this place out. However, I was disappointed and will not be supporting this establishment again.

I ordered ribtips &hot links combo, large,l would consider what I received as a small,instead of cutting the hot link in half these fools thought,they could fool their customers by cutting the links into bite size pieces $20 for what l received is ridiculous, the tips were tough,if you don't care what you eat help yourself to this place, it's not for me...NEVER AGAIN!!
