Joe's once again exceeded my expectations in every way. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food, great service, and an all-around delightful experience!

The food and waitstaff are wonderful. I had Cacio e Pepe that was delicious and plentiful. My husband enjoyed his spaghetti aglio olio. Both of us have more than enough for another meal. Minestrone soup was tasty and filled with veggies. Only criticism: a young girl helping to clear tables wiped down a table that had had 6 customers. She swept crumbs, straw wrappers, napkins, etc., onto the floor. She then proceeded to reset the table. My husband commented to our server and he said someone would clean it up. Well as of the time we left the mess was still on the floor. Not a pretty sight. Overall though this place does not disappoint.

Joe's was excellent,lot of food. Eggplant appetizer was great. Salad was very fresh and lots of things in it. I had Veal Limone and we had gelato for dessert. A little loud but you could sit outside also.

We had a fantastic time dining in at Joe's. Their house made Arancini is delicious. I ordered the Paccheri Pesto for dinner which was sooo good and nice size portion where I had some to enjoy the next day :) Great live music, passionate and hard working staff. We will be back for more fun at Joe's!
I used to love coming to Joe’s on Higgins — it was easily a 5-star spot for the food, ambiance, and service. The food is still solid, and the new patio seating is definitely a plus, adding to the nice ambiance. Unfortunately, the service has really gone downhill. The server we’ve had multiple times now seems tired of serving and doesn’t take feedback well. On more than one occasion, she’s ignored us, delayed bringing drinks, and made us feel like we were asking for too much when we simply wanted to enjoy our meal.
It’s disappointing because this used to be a go-to place, but the attitude and lack of attentiveness from the server take away from the overall experience. I truly hope management addresses this, because Joe’s has the potential to get back to the 5-star level it once had.

Excellent food, very delicious. The owner and waitstaff could not be any nicer. They have ample seating and even a tiny bar area! I definitely recommend you stop in and grab a bite if you are in the neighborhood. Better yet, it's worth a special trip!
