I was really excited to try the Mac n cheese here (since it's in the name of the restaurant) but it ended up being the most bland, expensive, kraft mac n cheese I've ever eaten. We got the hamburger Mac and all of the toppings were great but the base of the mac n cheese itself was nothing short of disappointing.

We got the 7 cheese Mac n cheese and it was honestly the most disappointing Mac I've ever had in my life. I couldn't taste a single cheese in there and there was barely any salt. I'm not sure this is even casually good food. I would strongly advise ordering from anywhere else.

Came here every week for 2 years and switched to coming at evening vs afternoon. Aimee has single handedly stopped me from ever coming in again. Rude and careless employee. Chris in the afternoon and is such a delight!! And why I still bothered coming in, for the last few months dealing with Aimee is unbearable.

Believe it or not, Joey Gs does not have the best Mac and Cheese in Chicago or Illinois. I’m not really sure who told them that. Their Mac and cheese is worse than box Mac. No flavor, weird noodles, fake velveta like cheese, and very soupy. I could go on but you guys get the jist.

Person helping us was very nice and apologetic for how long it was taking to get out orders. I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch Mac but I didn’t find the cheese sauce used on the macaroni to be very appetizing. It was very much a processed Velveeta flavor.
All food ordered for takeout was amazing, except I payed $9 for 6 hollow, nothing inside, "mozzarella sticks".

the atmosphere was nice and the staff were lovely but the classic mac n cheese was honestly bad. I ordered a day before for thanksgiving and when it was heated up in the oven, the presentation looked amazing. the taste though…. it was very acidic as if they put mustard in the recipe, or maybe did big batches and it went bad… but yeah the mac n cheese did not exceed my expectations from the reviews.

Wow I would say someone paying for reviews on the Mac&cheese it was disgusting water down cheese hard noodles just awful. To be voted #1 is a flat out lie I had better Mac from Popeyes I did not want to waste money so I gave it to a homeless guy he turn it down DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THIS PLACE IS SERVING COOK COUNTY JAIL MAC & CHEESE the customer service was great.
