Went to Jojo’s for a girls day trip. It took 35 minutes to get our drinks. Some of the drinks didn’t come in which we had to remind our waiter that we were still waiting. You get charged a $2.50 table fee per person and they didn’t even have enough chairs. Some of the party just went to the bar instead of waiting for the ridiculous service and the charged an extra $7.00 to go to the bar. Like we literally walked up there on our own. They never checked to see how we liked the appetizers and didn’t even bring one of them, which we finally told Daniel our waiter who only smiled at you when you asked a question to just forget bringing them.. I suspect that no one really cares because they added their tip right in the bill. The kicker… I was there for the 90 allowed minutes, used the restroom multiple times as did others in our party and there was never any paper towels to dry your hands and one stall was missing toilet paper. I told them that their restroom needed attention right after the first time I used it and it was never taken care of. I would NOT recommended this dirty, over priced establishment to anyone.
Loved Danny the server was amazing!!!
Showed up at 730 on Friday and were already closed. Bummer
Food and shakes were good.Mixed drinks were horrible, was a big disappointment as still early in the night.Had them remade once and were worse tasting then. would go for food just no mixed drinks.
We had reservations for my son’s birthday. When booking through open table I mentioned his birthday, but not even a mention of it at the restaurant. My wife asked for extra thousands island dressing on the side for her Reuben sandwich. She never received any on the side but we were billed for it, an extra $3.00. When I asked the waiter about it he said they put extra on her sandwich. He agreed to remove it but after waiting a long time for the bill, it was still on the bill. The food overall was not as good as I expected. We also ordered a white milk and were told that they were out of milk, which I find strange for a milk shake restaurant. Would not recommend.
Oh these shakes are amazing. Very messy though. But worth the price. 😋 👌
59 degrees jn here and they don’t care.
Food came quick. The ice cream was good but not worth the $14.00. They did not give napkins and it was very messy. There was a spot for bar spools yet there was none. Other people ate there as well and because of the lack of paper towels, the place was wet, sticky and full of crumbs.

Great place for the kids during the day with fun milkshakes. Having portions that are easily shareable. Would definitely come back
I got the girl scout shake. It was fancy but the cookie and s'mores were stale. ? The shake also had a weird aftertaste for some reason. I love ice cream of any kind but I was disappointed we ended up throwing a lot of it away.

I will definitely be getting more hot chocolate from JoJo's Shake Bar this holiday season. I always struggle to find a good hot chocolate that doesn't leave a bad after taste, luckily JoJo's has great hot chocolate. I also tried the chocolate Donut hole which was better than I expected. It was about $1.50 for a decent size. The tables were clean and the staff was kind. They worked very efficiently and didn't leave us waiting for our orders.

It looks so much better than it tastes and is executed. The shake flavor itself wasn't too bad. Problem was all the toffee prices were in the bottom and would go through the straw because they were so big. And it was a big paper boba size straw. The donut hole was so dry I think I saw jawas traveling across it. The cookie was so hard it could have been used as a street hockey puck. I'm pretty sure we threw more away than we consumed.

Just curious about this shop, tried their hot salted choco.. i love it.
That was the worst strawberry-oreo milkshake Ive ever had. And also the most expensive. It’s just that fake pink syrup stuff that doesn’t taste like real strawberry. I’ll stick with Johnny Rockets milkshakes, which has huge bits of real strawberry and chunks of Oreo. So much better!
