I’ve been wanting to try Jollibee for a long time and was really excited to finally go—but the experience was extremely disappointing. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The customer service was poor, and the overall pace was incredibly slow. It seemed like none of the staff wanted to be there, and the person expediting orders moved so slowly that trays were sitting ready while the line of waiting customers kept growing.

I also don’t understand why they ask if your order is for here or to go when everything ends up bagged anyway. It just adds unnecessary time to an already slow process.

There were many people waiting, and I noticed several customers coming back because their orders were missing items. Everyone around me eventually got their food except me and one other person. When I finally went up to check, my order had been sitting out the whole time. By the time I ate, my chicken was cold, and it completely ruined my first Jollibee experience.

Message to the owner: Please review the cameras and see how the team is operating. There are obvious opportunities to improve efficiency and customer service. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I won’t be returning to this location—or any Jollibee—anytime soon.

NOT ONE OF MY 5 online pickup orders since November of 2024 through today has been on time. I've waited for an hour in the past. I'm currently at half an hour, watching customers order in line and get their food. This is absolutely horrible.

(I want the sweet and spicy sauce coated chicken like the one I got back in my country!!!!)
The Korean BBQ sauce is really salty, I had to take a sip every time I took a bite of the chicken bbq. Spaghetti tastes… barbecue-y?? I expected it to feel more of the tomato flavor… On a good note, the chicken meat is so moist and tender with the meats are fully covered in sauce ❤️.
I love Jollibee but maybe the Western version is not for me haha.

The staff are great and friendly especially Judith. The food are great and yummy. Its seems Im still in my country ( Philippnes ) eventhough i am based in Chicago. I will definitetely recommend to my co workers this place and bragged the good food and service in this establishment.
