Food was great, no complaints there. Chicken was crispy, juicy, and flavorful, and the spaghetti was delicious!
My only complaint about the place is that some of the workers can't speak or understand English. I found myself having to repeat my order multiple times, and tell them my name multiple times, until I just gave up and omitted one of the items in my order (a bowl of mac and cheese) and just went with the misspelled version of my name, which I almost didn't recognize when they were calling it out.

I don't typically rant online, but this place has the worst line and customer service around the area, that it makes 1 star restaurants look extremely good.. last week, we waited in line for over 30 minutes and we ended up being told that the chicken would take on hour to be cooked. I tried understanding them since it was a weekend rush, so we just left and ate somewhere else. Earlier, we came back and waited in line for probably more than 10 minutes, and we were finally ordering, we were told that the chicken would take 30 minutes to be cooked, so we left and ate somewhere else again. This is getting really RIDICULOUS!!!! Also a waste of time. Seriously on a Friday? I'm sure I'm NOT the only one infuriated by this service. As an experienced customer service representative and shift manager for over 5 years, this store's management team need to DO BETTER or hire a better management team!!!! They need to learn more about prepping especially when it's RUSH HOUR and I'm sure it's a common sense.
