I ordered a food on June 26, the delivery was cancel by itself, i called the store and she said the money will return 10-15 business day. But nothing happend. So, i called the store again and talk to the superviser, she said she cannot void it, i need to call Olo (The online ordering platform company) she said the company just online platform nothing else she can do with the void need to call the Jolibee directly. And i called the store again, she don't answer me, i think she blocked my number. If the Manager saw this please refund my money!!!

Do not use the kiosk to order. We waited over an hour for a chicken sandwhich and 2 piece chicken meal. The kiosk should have a warning while ordering of how long the food will take. I recommend ordering with an employee. Food was great but the wait and how non chalant staff member were regarding everyone's order was crazy. You have to ask for utensils and ketchup. Chicken sandwhich and chicken was really good. The lychee tea was perfect.

We always stop by this Jolibee when in the Chicago area. Spicy chicken is always 🔥🔥🔥. Wasn't as busy as we usually see it on this Friday night. If you haven't tried it, you are late to the party.

I ordered the fried chicken with rice and gravy, plus a side of their iconic spaghetti, and let me tell you… my taste buds caught the Holy Ghost. The gravy? Smooth, rich, and comforting — like the little cup of communion wine at church, except this time it wasn’t symbolic… it was salvation you could pour over rice. Every spoonful felt sacred. If they passed this out in the pews, attendance would double.
Now the fried chicken? Lawwwd. That chicken was baptized in seasoning and raised in righteousness. The crust cracked like thunder with every bite, revealing meat so juicy it could’ve written its own gospel. The flavor didn’t just sit on the surface — it testified. It sang. It wrapped around my tongue like a Southern choir hitting the final note on Sunday morning. Perfectly seasoned, crispy, and dripping with glory.
And the spaghetti? Sweet, savory, and uniquely Jollibee — like if a Filipino fiesta and your childhood birthday party joined forces. It shouldn’t work as well as it does… but it absolutely does.
