Nothing beats their chicken! Andre was very kind, helpful and friendly. He saw my child and went out of his way to clean and sanitize the table we were going to seat in. He even showed the type of sanitizer they were using so we are aware. Thank you, Andre, for your attention to details!

I came in and ordered yesterday afternoon,the host Maria and the other two young ladies who were there around 3:30 pm were very accommodating and welcoming! Also, the food is always fresh and delicious.
The chicken was great. I ordered 2 12 pc. to take home, and it had a very good flavor. 1 was spicy and the other original. I like how each chicken piece is labeled with a flag if it's spicy :) The order was ready when I arrived. They were just missing the knifes and napkins. I'll be ordering from there again :)

incredibly rude service. we were in a group, and to start, we waited 10 minutes just to have our order taken. 3/5 of us got our food. the last 2 waited 20 MINUTES for our food, workers walked by, looked at us waiting, and continued working. finally, they spoke up to tell us they were out of mashed potatoes and substituted us for fries (which took another 10 minutes). we got rude looks and attitude from the workers through the entire exchange. the only people who were polite were the manager (who tried to resolve the issue), and a man named andre. he was very welcoming and always had a smile on his face, even when he could tell we were upset.
we understand they see a lot of people in a day and that it can get annoying or frustrating, but please teach the employees to separate their emotions from their service. keep up the great work andre!

My friends and I came for a good experience since it would’ve been our first time at a Jollibee but we had to wait 30 minutes for food and it was because they ran out of mashed potatoes and didn’t tell us about it until 20 minutes into waiting. They then gave us attitude and I was missing food that I had ordered. The only good thing about this place was the custodian or employee named Andre who was super friendly and tried to chat us into a better mood even as we sat and ate past closing time due to the extra delay in the food coming out.
Love Andre!! I hope you get a chance to run into him :)

I order take out a lot from this Jollibee branch, I usually have to still wait beyond my pick up time and they always miss to put some items which had me always checking my bag before leaving. This time is different, we had a great experience and were able to go in and out. Big thanks to Cofffey for getting my order complete and ready on time. He has a very pleasant personality. Hopefully they have more service crew like him. We’re definitely coming back!
