Food is great. Not the best because the staff was rushing and forgetting things which had items sit for a while. But my god… over 1 hour for “FAST” food is not worth it. We were told 20 mins. This location is so badly managed and staffed and not worth the money or time. Especially given the prices here comparable to sit-down restaurants. I would avoid this location and seek the Jolly experience elsewhere.

Food - Good. That's the only thing for which I go back.
Service - Terrible. People are not trained. Looks like you are in 1980s. Avg wait time is 45 mins.
App order says food is prepared and ready. When you walk in the store you are often told to wait another 15-20 mins even after post closing time.

We got there and placed our order ,the guy told us it would take 20 minutes ,we waited an hour to get our food ,it was our first time at their restaurants, very disappointing 😞

Unless you don’t mind waiting a half hour for a simple cheeseburger, it would be wise to steer clear of this joint. Whatever inefficient system they have for processing orders needs to be totally revised. It’s not just me. At least three other customers were also complaining about the inordinate wait times. When we did finally get our hamburgers (there were four of us), the beef in one was next to raw and had to be tossed. Never, ever again will we set foot in this den of chaos.

It's supposed to be a fast food chain or at least it presents itself that way but the food is so slow. Took a lunchbreak and ended up having to go back to my work late. Definitely don't recommend if you want something quick. The trouble is, it's not really a sit down and chill setting either, not the best atmosphere. If you want good food regardless, this place definitely has it. But don't come here to work on your laptop (too loud but great wifi).

Food is absolutely great. The cashier is friendly to serve. However, the time management is horrible!!! Every time I come here, I need to wait a 15 minutes line to order and wait for another 40 minutes to get my food. Can this location hire more staff or just fix the team management??

I ordered online for to-go and waited an hour to get my food. Because I ordered online 20 minutes before I got there, I expected to my order to be ready, but they did not even start my order. They did not have a solid structure for take out service; all of us had to stand in a crowded space and ask for own order.

Food was great! Same taste as we have loved and enjoyed in the Philippines.

We went there yesterday and they forgot our drinks. We unfortunately did not notice it until we got home. We went back today and this time they forgot our gravy. There was a small line of people who also did not receive their gravy in their respective orders. I hope you can remind your employees to be more mindful of the orders.

Despite the minor hiccups, we enjoyed both our visits. Also, we would like to give kudos to ANDRE! He was soo great and attentive with everybody. You should promote him to manager or at least give him a raise. :D

I ordered ahead online and pick up in store. My pick up time is 6:30pm, one hour after I place order, and I arrive 5 minutes before 6:30. There are plenty of people waiting in the pick up counter. The staffs just take their time and don’t care customers at all. They have plenty of chicken ready to pack up, but they were just chill ant take time. I asked other people next to me , some have waited 30-40mins or more. I keep asking staffs about my order for multiple times, then I end up get my order at 7pm. My car was in flashlight parking outside and get a ticket no doubt. If they have order ready on time, won’t get this ticket at all. Last time I ordered from this store, I order 10pieces and paid money for 10piece , but I got 6pieces once I opened it.
