Joseph's Bar & Restaurant offers a pleasant dining experience with superb food and generous portions at a great price. The Blackened Salmon dish is a highlight, although the wedge salad could be improved. The atmosphere is enjoyable, and the service is great. Wine prices are also reasonable.
