Used to absolutely love coming to Joy Yee Noodle during my undergrad & grad school in Chicago during 2008/2009/2010. Favorite spot for seafood soup with all my friends (Paul, James, etc).
For those that have read my reviews, I might think I like everything...not true. I only write reviews on places I like. Joy Yee is a place I love. I've been a solid Joy Yee customer for multiple years. I've only been to this one on Halsted twice, but it up holds the quality that Joy Yee is known for. Food is good and always consistent. However, the waiter was not attentive. I had to walk up to the counter for the check.
On another note, I wish they would consider changing their decor. It's giving cafeteria vibes.
