The place was not busy at all… the food I had was the Szechuan beef and it was bland and not flavorful at all, the service was super quick… too quick actually. Like fast food quick. The boba was good.

Told the guy at the front that my tea tasted like water and when he told the lady to remake it she started yelling at me like her life depended on it. Lol this place is a joke, idk what place yells at customers. Left right away and dumped my drink. Place fell off hard. Worst location by far

Owner has nasty attitude and acted like he didn’t know English when I asked if they could make the Brown Sugar Tea “dirty” please don’t act like you haven’t heard this VERY common term before for brown sugar boba tea. Then argued with me when I said it wasn’t light ice, instead of just remaking it with less ice, I had to concede and get no ice because apparently there is not in between with them. Not going to this one anymore. They lack very simple customer service skills.

Tried out this place and all I can say is I was happy with my order, the food was delicious. They have huge selections in their menu.We were seated fast, didn't have to wait long for our food. The staff is polite.You can't go wrong! I do recommend. Most definitely will go back again

This place sucks. The other Joy Yee are way better- don't eat here. The staff are incompetent and way too busy to keep up with their work at good quality- we found a piece of chicken in our vegetarian dish and they wouldn't remake it. The owner seems super stingy and rude. Just go to another location and save yourself the trouble.

This is third time in a row our order was very poorly made. Due to proximity from home , this our go to Thai place but we have been noticing the negative changes and just thought it was a wrong day / wrong dish we ordered but, how can you go wrong with pad thai and pineapple chicken fried rice. We order it to be “medium “ and “ extra spicy “ given their spice level is super mild but it was made to be COMPLETELY FLAVOURLESS. no spice , no salt or any flavor ay all. They still have a good hold on their crab Rangoon. Anyways , Joyee Roscoe has lost a regular customer , not that they’ll miss it but in case you are looking for good flavourful Thai dishes and a good price , this is not your place. The price is on the higher side and flavor has come to ZERO.
