Quick service. Good food but I was kinda disappointed that they didn't have hot tea and today is one of the coldest day to be out.

The menu is huge but the food was just ok. There are certainly more authentic and more delicious places in Chinatown.

I ordered $30 worth of merchandise from this location only to arrive and the location is closed without prior notice. Also without a way to receive a refund via online, and no one is in store until several days from now. I would not recommend this business. They stole my money.

I'm confused why they're doing hot food now?? It's hot outside and I come inside here and I can feel the heat from the waffle makers.
And also I was disappointed that my tea was lukewarm I had it before and it wasn't like this (and much busier too)
Also it made me super SICK

Absolutely terrible. Don’t come here unless you want food poisoning. My friend has been terribly ill for 7 days now because of the boba tea. Multiple others have left reviews claiming this has happened to them as well. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

First time trying the taro tea, super delicious and unique. It’s got a nutty flavor, which I love. If you’re looking for delicious and unexpected totally order #30 drink. The line was long but they also have a self order station. Lines may be long but service is quick and worth waiting for!

This restaurant definitely seemed like it was more popular for the amount of milk tea options than for the food. We were very pleased with how quickly we got our food and some things tasted really good, however, my meal made me physically sick a few hours after we left, one other dish was pretty dry, and none of us finished the milk tea because it tasted a little off. We will eat at a different place next time we are in Chinatown.

Been there several times, but my last visit really disappointed me and my wife!! Food quality and taste are change in everything we normally ordered! Tasteless and in some food were too salty. Service was so so i think the old man busser way more attentive and friendly than our server..
