Went for National Hot Day but I’ve been going to this location for 20 years. It’s witched ownership but remains amazing. Upgraded the exterior and seating. Dogs come with fries. Always get a bottled Coke…a must. It completes the meal. You can take the Blue Line Western stop. Follow it up with a Margie’s shake or sundae after….1/4 block away👍🏻

The absolute best fried chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Juicy, crispy, huge. I evangelize the sandwich to everyone. Open late, they take orders over the phone so I’ll call in my order ahead of time and it’s ready for pickup.

Out of towner having an Italian Beef for the first time. OMG, Amazing. Got it with hot Giardiniera. It’s was terrific.
You have to try the Maxwell Street Polish. Comes with fries and grilled onions just under 8 bucks. Onion rings are also a must try.

It's literally a tasty meal and affordable. As soon as I took the first bite of my cheeseburger, there were so many flavors my taste buds detected. I really recommend this place to anybody. And very respectful, polite cashiers. And yes, I know I should have also tried out the desserts 😓

My Aunt recommended me to Jr's. I got a char cheeseburger that was excellent. My son got a chicago style hot dog that he said was really really good. Their fries were delicious too. I highly recommend Jr's.
