The young lady is very disrespectful and rude. It’s unprofessional for a business trying to make it. I have been there 5 times asking for the owner with no success. Hopefully Jaunita can get her daughter together because I will not be back to spend my money.

I ordered a jerk chicken taco bowl without onions and lettuce today and I got steak instead of chicken. I live a ways away from the restaurant so I didn’t have time to go back in and wait an additional 20 minutes for the matter to be addressed. I tried calling to speak to someone about and the phone just constantly rang. This is my third time ordering from this place and I noticed that the cook overcooks the meat. It’s always very dry and brunt like. I am pregnant and picky about what I eat and I expected a better experience.

The food is delicious! They sell everything from tacos to jerk chicken to soulfood, which scared me because that’s all over the place but the food was so darn good!!! We had the jerk shrimp Alfredo which was phenomenal! And the fried pork chops with yams and Mac. That was delicious as well! I will say, the Mac can do without the melting cheese that they add, tastes like nacho cheese or melted can cheese but outside of that, still pretty tasty. I look forward to trying more.

Today was my first time trying Juanitas kitchen and I was thoroughly pleased and will be back. I had the catfish string beans mac n cheese and yams , which were all delicious . I also tried the jerk chicken egg rolls ( which was just chicken and cheese , I think you all should put some onions and bell peppers in them to make it taste better) the customer service was great too along with the pineapple mango / pink lemonade kool aid .
