Really excellent food. All vegan minus honey in one bowl. I had the dragon bowl and loaded toast, both were very good!

This place was truly incredible, definitely the best smoothie & smoothie bowl I've ever had. So many amazing ingredients, you actually feel like you're getting your moneys worth with the prices. And so vegan friendly, everything is vegan aside from the bee pollen. Obsessed! Must try!

Pricy and overrated place. They are Vegan without proper warning. The Tuscan toast is one small slice but the taste was very good, we had to wait 25 minutes for it though! Overall it was a bad experience.

Came here hoping to grab a quick açai bowl since there were a couple of customers in there. Even with 4 staff they never looked up to great, service was super slow and you can tell they did not want to be there.
The açai bowl was mediocre to say the least. The açai base was off and too many toppings that made the bowl way too fancy. Keep it simple with what Hawaiians do for a great bowl.
Tried to order a coffee with soy but they don’t carry.

The absolute best smoothie bowl in Chicago. No refined sugar. Dairy free. Delish. Great portion. I am always so full after. I used to live in Chicago and went to juice rx daily. It was apart of my identity. This place is so gooooood! You need to try the Harlem monkey bowl and add extra peanut butter. They did use to put crunchy banana chips on top of that bowl , but when I visited recently, they got rid of that. So add banana chips on top too when you order!!!!

I placed a delivery order from California last night for an early morning delivery to an office in busy Downtown Chicago. I had concerns about my order not being delivered on time. I sent an email after my order was placed to JuiceRX customer service main email asking to confirm the delivery time. I thought since it was a general customer service email, I likely wouldn't hear back for several days or at all. However to my surprise, their customer service team responded to me at 8am PT to coordinate and ensure my order would be delivered on time.
JuiceRx has best in class service and my friend also told me that the Harlequin Monkey Bowl was amazing.
I highly recommend JuiceRx, they have great service, care about their customers and have excellent food and drink options!
Dear JuiceRX, please never get rid of the chocolate cherry smoothie. It is the most delicious item on your menu and I haven't found anything that compares!

Food was good, service was quick, gave atmosphere a 1 because there was nonstop singing by a worker while we were eating out bowls. Couldn't hear my conversation with my friend over the obnoxious singing. Otherwise good experience.

The Alchemist Bowl was unfortunately a huge disappointment. I could not taste any Açai at all and that for 15$ Inside is quite noisy and outside the tables were dirty. Service is nice. If you are looking for an Açai Bowl better go somewhere else

I never leave poor reviews but this place is disorganized and messy. The staff is not hygienic and no one’s hair is pulled back properly which is a little alarming in a food setting. The kitchen seems messy and the place is understaffed. I waited 20 minutes while 4 customers received their orders before me. I want this place to be good- please improve your service and cleanliness! For the price we pay it please work on these things
