Wow, the omakase menu for Valentine’s Day was DELICIOUS! The order of the menu was a tastebud masterpiece. Juno King, Yuzu Halibut, and the octopus hand roll were flavorful standouts! And the sea eel was next level… I’ve never had eel like that before, very buttery and umami, my favorite from the menu! The raspberry mochi cake tasted like a nostalgic funnel cake but way elevated in the best way possible!

The food was good, but it didn't quite match the price point. The restaurant appeared understaffed, which led to slow service, the dishes arriving lukewarm, and a roughly 20-minute wait for our reserved table.
Best sushi in Chicago! And even more importantly, the best team in Chicago who always ensure we have an amazing team experience!
Had the omakase, which was excellent and a good overview of their offerings. The waiter suggested a sake, which was perfect. Will definitely return. Do need to fix the step outside the front door. I did fall.
First time at this Lincoln Park longstanding location. Loved the corn appetizer, had delicious tuna, salmon and hamachi nigiri, along with several rolls. Although we sat at the sushi bar, it felt like we had a personal server all the time. Drinks were great as well. Very nice evening.
I share similar disappointed sentiments about the “omakase” as other reviewers here. The service was slow, the rice did not taste fresh, and it’s unclear why it is called an omakase. There are definitely better sushi places and omakases in almost every aspect.

VERY disappointing experience. Our server repeatedly pushed us to order far more food than we wanted and was not transparent about portion sizes or pricing. What was presented as reasonable recommendations turned into an excessive and very expensive order.
To make matters worse, we were charged $27 just to serve a cake that we brought ourselves, with no clear warning ahead of time. This felt misleading and left a very sour impression.
Overall, the lack of transparency and upselling made us feel taken advantage of rather than welcomed. We would not return and would not recommend this restaurant.
Delicious! Been here twice in as many years, both times equally tasty.

If nothing else, this place was crowded even during a snowstorm! The food (miso, tempura, and sashimi) across the board was excellent in presentation and flavor. High level service and very fun and inventive cocktail list. I will definitely go back.
Juno is the best sushi restaurant in Chicago. I love the subtle, sophisticated space and the sushi (and sake) were great. Get the specials because ours were all delicious. An overall cool dining experience.

Took forever to get our Sri N.A. and food. Order was messed up. Service just all around bad.
Food was alright but incredibly expensive for the quality. Service left a lot to be desired. Host was dismissive and server was inattentive.

Food was good, but not $125 per person good. I don’t generally care that much about fine dining, but if you pay that much money, then the experience should be pretty close to flawless. There was a curly hair in one of my wife’s pieces of food— I have short straight hair and my wife has long brown hair. The curated omakase tasting menu was served out of order (I don’t really care, but it’s $125 per person). We had to wait over 15 minutes for our table even though we had a reservation. We were asked to sit and wait at the bar but in that time we were never asked for a drink order. (I don’t really care, but it’s $125 per person). At dinner, I was charged for a drink that they never brought me, which is normally not a big deal until you consider that you also have to tip an automatic 20% on top of that. I’m way too cheap to be giving away $20 something dollars for something I never got. They were going to bring it to me after I pointed out on the receipt that I was charged but never received it. Like, yo. I’m done being here! I don’t want to stay any longer, that’s why I asked for the receipt! Context clues people.
We were seated in the middle of the room. Which is generally fine, but not if there’s not enough room for the staff to move about without constantly having to make way for each other and bumping into the diners. I’m not a huge person, and I kept getting brushed up against accidentally. I mean it’s not the worst thing in the world, but it’s also not ok— it’s also super distracting when you’re just trying to have a nice night out as two working parents with a rare night alone. And you know what? Yep. It’s $125 per person, so unless I’m getting a back rub for that amount of money, nobody should be touching me.
Most of the staff was pretty pleasant- they had issues bringing food out, but certainly didn’t have issues clearing the table. I don’t know if they were understaffed, but at $125 per person, figure it out.
And also, cheap disposable chopsticks?! (I don’t really care, but it’s $125 per person).

Exceptional incentive food, attentive service and a great relaxed but upbeat vibe. I’ll return here again and again.
