I went twice in 1 one week and order 6 wings. I only received 5 wings both times. When I call I got put on hold for 20 minutes. Then the worker was rude and acted like I was lying. I will never shop there again. Chicken is extremely too high to be getting cheated out of what I paid for. Horrible customer service

i placed an order online. firstly i only received half of what i ordered (one 5-piece instead of two 5-piece)
the options for dipping sauce was hot honey or mild. i looked at a photo when ordering from the menu to confirm the chicken was not tossed.
the chicken came tossed. excessively so.
i called to ask about the hot honey dipping sauce and let the employee know my order seemed to be tossed and in a buffalo type sauce.
the employee said "no, that's the way it's served. it's tossed in the hot honey". i asked if i could have a replacement without sauce. i was told if i wanted a new order without sauce i needed to pay for it.
not acceptable.

I did a call in the man on the phone told me 15 minutes which was really 30 minutes. When I asked the man what was taking so long with my he couldn't answer me correctly. The staff are just standing in the back talking and laughing not getting orders ready. I do not recommend this restaurant

After seeing this restaurant for a while now, I finally decided to give it a try. My first visit the chicken was very tasty (5 piece mixed which included white and dark pieces.I've been there several times since my initial visit and I don't think I'll be going back - the very last visit the chicken was not good and the MIXED was all dark meat (legs and thighs); the Hot Honey Sauce appeared to be watered down and the fries - let's just say I was disappointed with the meal.
