I ordered the Caesar salad on 2/10/26 and unfortunately became very sick later that day with what appeared to be food poisoning (nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps) with symptoms lasting 36+ hours; not exactly a mild case. I hadn’t eaten anything else that day, so the timing strongly suggests it was related to this meal. Be cautious.

Food is great fast casual, but lunch rush is very busy and often delayed even if you order online ahead, make sure to double check your order - has been wrong a few different times.
My order was wrong. Came back to get the correct one. It looked okay and I had to run to a meeting, so I left. Turns out they made it wrong again! Requested a credit (not even a refund) but was refused. I understand mistakes happen during a busy lunch rush, but at least be willing to make it right. Don’t give them your business. For better service and salads, check out: Sopprafina, Saigon Sisters, Cosi, and Corner Bakery.

Placed a pick up order for 12 noon. Didn’t get it til 12:45 and wasted my entire lunch break waiting. Management had no clue what was going on. Don’t waste your time doing pick up orders. They prioritize in store orders.
