My order was wrong. Came back to get the correct one. It looked okay and I had to run to a meeting, so I left. Turns out they made it wrong again! Requested a credit (not even a refund) but was refused. I understand mistakes happen during a busy lunch rush, but at least be willing to make it right. Don’t give them your business. Placed a pick up order for 12 noon. Didn’t get it til 12:45 and wasted my entire lunch break waiting. Management had no clue what was going on. Don’t waste your time doing pick up orders. They prioritize in store orders.

I've tried this place twice in two weeks. First time I only ordered a strawberry and banana smoothie. It was okay, but not great and it was already pre-made and not made fresh. The second time I went in and ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad and got one of the promotional Sesame Street reusable bowls (which is VERY cute!! 💙) and I like that I can bring it back each time to use and get a small discount. The bowl itself is small but a good portion for a Salad made fresh, which was good. The only downside to this place is how expensive it is. I know everything is inflated but it's a lot to ask to pay for a small Salad. The bread that came with the salad was delicious, to bad it was only worth two bites and very small. Glad I got the cute reusable bowl but not sure how often I'll get to reuse it. The staff was friendly and helpful. I also had a promo for free cookie, but the staff had a hard time redeeming it for me but gave me the small cookie anyway. I would go back for the salads and maybe the wraps, when I can afford them.

Don’t eat here. Bad experience from start to finish. If a restaurant is out of forks, as a SALAD restaurant, you should inform people when ordering. After purchasing my $16 meal, I wasn’t given a fork. When I asked for one, I was told, “we out of forks” and given a blank stare, I was offered a spoon. I am about 80% sure I spotted bagged groups of knife, fork and spoon (likely for takeout orders) but wasn’t offered this. The employee handed me a spoon and said “you don’t have to have an attitude about it”. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I reached out to corporate customer service who have responded satisfactory, however I wanted to leave this review in hopes it reaches the manager and employee who are ultimately reasonable for this negative experience. My salad was also warm.
