Just Salad on Jackson Blvd is my go-to lunch spot in the Loop. I usually grab the Honey Crispy Chicken Salad with that homemade honey mustard vinaigrette—so good. The greens are always fresh, and the crispy chicken hits just right. I also tried their large chicken noodle soup on a chilly day, and it was perfect. Staff is friendly and quick, which is great when you're on a tight schedule. Overall, I spend around $20, and it's worth every penny.
