Love this place! The food, the service and the speed of the workers. They handle the lunch time rush everyday with ease. Workers always great with a smile and get the order right every time. This place lied it’s more than just salads! It’s beyond the best place at the merchandise Mart. The staff is very sociable and funny! They know me by name. ( Lulu, Nallely, Lupe, Jose, victor, and Jesus) are my favorite people there. Thank you guys so much for making my lunches the best ever!!!!

This place is amazing! Fresh options and the protein is delicious with the perfect amount! All the staff at the Merchandise Mart were terrific and Gardenia stands among them! She remembered me and gave outstanding service!

I went in to pick up my too good to go order. Now I understand it's whatever they have. I'm okay with that. However, i previously ordered from a different just salad, and they gave me a butternut soup that made me sick. So before they gave me the soup. I asked the lady if it was the butternut soup. She rudely replied, "You don't get to pick and choose what we give you". I asked a yes or no question. Because as I previously stated, I got sick previously from the soup. I was going to tell her to just keep it. I understand you get whatever. However, if a person has allergies or as I have previously gotten sick. You don't talk to people like that. She needs training on how to respond to customers. When asking questions. Even if it is on a good to go order. You telling me if a person has an allergy to something you're going to tell them, they just take what you give them. They can't eat that. So they essentially wasted their money. Because the food will go in the trash. Essentially, what good to go is trying to prevent. Her attitude was just trash. I didn't even get her name. I picked up the order at 5pm. Today. The lady that actually rang me out and made the bowl was very nice. I can tell she made the bowl how she would eat it. Cause she actually took her time and chose things. The bowl was decent. I'm a texture person and the it was missing a juicy compent like tomatoes or mushrooms. So she cool. It was whoever that was that came from the back.

Fresh salads with great combinations. chicken poblanos salad is my go to salad. I tried their seasonal soup which was pumpkin bisque and it had chucks of pumpkin in it. delicious! Highly recommend if you are looking for healthy and fresh meal in the area.

Not sure if I was unlucky or what but this was probably the least satisfying salad I’ve ever bought at a place that specializes in salads. I had the Thai chicken with all default options. It was small, didn’t seem to have much in it, didn’t taste great, and didn’t fill me up at all. Super disappointed.Will try all other salad places in the area before trying this again, if at all.

I love Justsalad but employees were SO MEAN. They gave me so much unnecessary attitude for literally asking if they are open when i went there 30 mins before they close. Google says their Merchandise Markt location closes at 6 but apparently its 5.30 "because we CLEAN" horrible service
