We loved stopping by Just Salad for quick lunches during our busy conference days. Everything was fresh, delicious, and fast, exactly what we needed. It was also the perfect way to balance out the rest of the rich Chicago meals we were having. Great spot when you want something light and easy without sacrificing flavor.
I come in here all the time for a PB Protein smoothie for lunch. Even when it’s busy, I get through quickly and the smoothie is good and filling. Today Shawn was at the counter and had great tips for me on a sweet treat. Thanks Shawn!
