Food: Wow, this was disappointing. The menu was so promising and yet so very bland. Service: The restaurant was rather dead for an early Sunday dinner and yet the server seemed rather annoyed any time we asked for anything. Outdoor: the games outside were fun, and the patio experience was nice. This will not be enough to bring us back though.

Excellent staff. Beer options are good. Kale salad soggy with over-bearing amount of thyme. Cheese curds and onion straws indistinguishable on top of brat, just fried batter bits.

Our son was home from college and we decided to go check out Kaiser Tiger! Our service was great (thank you, Kitty!). We started with the bacon appetizer (YUM!) and the pretzel (also YUM!). We tried the burger and the chicken sandwich... all of the food was great! We tried a couple of the beers on tap (can't remember names) and enjoyed both! We will definitely come back in warmer weather - the back patio seems amazing!

It was my birthday and I wanted to order a sausage platter and their famous bacon for brunch. I asked the manager if it was possible as we were the only party in the entire restaurant and they rudely asked me is it on the brunch menu. When I answered no she replied well then I looks like you can't. Management was very rude and I will not be returning.

We waited 1 hour and 40 minutes and our food didn't come out. We had to cancel our food order to be able to make it to our event in time. Our server was incredible, though. She was spot on. Amazing beers.

Went with 5 friends. The food and drinks were great. The atmosphere was good. Our server really hampered the entire experience starting off with a list of policies-some typical (one card for the group) some really strange, a lecture on what to order off the menu, forgetting many items we ordered, it was just uncomfortable. We closed our tab and went elsewhere about 2.5 hours earlier than we had planned.
Great service and food. Chicken ala king soup, bacon board and bread pudding. Nice selection of beers and cocktails.

I recently visited Kaiser Tiger before a Bulls game for some beers and food. The bar itself is great with a lively atmosphere, and the free shuttle to the United Center was a nice touch—definitely made getting to the game much easier! The drinks were solid, but the food was a bit hit or miss. Everything was alright, except for the pork schnitzel, which came out very burnt. They were happy to remake it, but it took an additional 15 minutes. We also had to track down our server a few times, which was a bit frustrating considering we were trying to make it on time to the game and the place was not busy at all. Overall, the bar is a fun spot, but the food and drinks are just average. Would definitely come back for the drinks and shuttle service, but not sure if I'd rush for the food again.

I don't mind that it took a long time because it was prime dinner hour and our server was nice and on top of it, but it was frustrating that the fries were cold and soggy.

Curling experience is fun but there are a few improvements that need to be made. When reserving, time slots need to list the number of lanes open so that parties with up to 8 can try to book both lanes. Especially if this reservation is non-refundable. Additionally, who has PayPal? Other payment options should be allowed.
