Quickly seated and service was initially attentive, but deteriorated quickly. Was never awful, however sometimes hard to find. Unfortunately they no longer have the meatloaf, but the remaining entrée options were tasty.

Our server, Rob was super attentive and helpful! All the food was really great, especially the fries!

Absolutely phenomenal experience! Love that they have a shuttle to and from United Center. The driver was so gracious!

Hostess was rude from start to finish. Attitude about us canceling our dinner reservation to come for happy hour instead, even though we called and were told that was totally fine. Then that same person was at our table with a towel before we even stood up to leave. Couldn't wait for us to be gone! Our server was very sweet, so that made up for it. Food was fine. Bar food. Good deal.

We had a very fun afternoon learning how to curl and then enjoying the delicious sausages, mustard, and soft pretzel.

Our server Kitty was among the best servers I have ever had at any restaurant! She was just the right amount of interaction and assistance; always there when needed, offered great suggestions, and kept us entertained!

Food tasted fine but unfortunately, they brought everything we ordered (apps, mains, etc.) all at once—just seconds after we received our first cocktail. VERY bad pacing and a definite lack of communication between kitchen and servers. That said, it worked well for pre-gaming and appreciated the shuttle to the United Center.

Great bar food. Well priced for the neighborhood. Free shuttle to and from the United Center a great perk.

You don't have a restaurant open in Chicago over a decade unless you figured something about. Kaiser Tiger has a brand, good tasty fare hat goes beyond typical bar fare with interesting takes on classics like the Turkey Rueben and the Schnitzelwich, clever interpretations but delicious. Voluminous craft brew options. Great bar, great terrace and it won't break the bank. Check it out.

We saw that this place has bacon, sausage, and cheese and we decided that was the place for us. We went a few hours before a Lady Gaga show at the United Center and saw that they do free shuttle service to the United Center for concerts and Blackhawks and Bulls games. The shuttle service started at 6 p.m. and we weren't there long enough, but what a service for an establishment with craft beers to have. Even if you don't need the service it's very walkable to the United Center, btw.

We started out on the back patio. Great atmosphere and very cozy. We did end up going inside to the bar due to mosquitoes always thinking I'm delicious.

I got the Beer & Bacon sausage which was absolutely delicious. Huge chunks of bacon, house made beer mustard, and crisp red onions topping the sausage. I'm not usually a mustard fan but the beer cheese mustard was delicious and I love beer cheese. Definitely hid the mustard flavor, or at least neutralized it. The crispy red onions added the perfect amount of crunch, making each bite satisfying.

My husband got the crispy mac and cheese bites, which comes with chili and beer cheese. The chili sort of reminded me of Cincinnati-style chili, which I'm not a fan of (sorry!) but the cheese bites with that delicious beer cheese really hit the spot. The bites were the perfect crisp level.

We got the Kaiser Tiger/Dovetail Hefewizen which was easy to drink and amazing on a warm day after walking around. I then switched to the Kaiser Tiger/Dovetail Pils which was perfectly smooth and dry, again perfect on a toasty day.

Now for my favorite part of the experience: DAN! When we arrived hardly anyone was there (they'd just opened and it was a Wednesday afternoon) and Dan was the bartender/server. He was so nice and answered my questions about the patio cat aptly named Bacon (cute!). When we went to the bar he was so nice and personable. We told him we were from the Nashville area and we talked about the cesspool that is Broadway, hockey, indie movie theaters in Tennessee and Chicago, and movies (he has great taste). He was so cool and it really heightened our experience at this already cool place. Definitely check Kaiser Tiger out and if Dan is there and has time, have a chat with him

I haven’t had the beer but I went for lunch and it was okay. I think that there are better places around the area that for the same price or cheaper that are better.

Good spot but an above average amount of misquitoes which was tough.

Decent beer selection. Lots of good local Chicago brews, plus some more from the continent and world. Kitchen has food. Mostly above average pub stuff.

Cool spot with unique vending machines. Scored some vintage baseball cards.
