Food was wonderful! Had the lamb chop and it was awesome! Got medium spice which was plenty! Nice vibe here. Music was cool. Highly recommend making a reservation as the only seat at the bar area was only open for 30 minutes. I will definitely come back here! Don't recommend sitting at last seat by bar as I got bumped in to a few times. Excellent menu!!

A wonderful restaraunt with friendly staff and amazing food. I honestly really enjoyed the vibes, good music, and it wasn't too loud. A great spot for a date night, or a chill dinner w/ a friend (or family). The food was spectacular. The drinks were so creative and good too! A bit on the pricier side, but it's def worth the $$

Delicious! Great atmosphere and service too. We got samosas, goan fish curry and lamb Rogan Josh. Great deal on the wine flight!

Loved restaurant week here! We had samosas, malai kofta, and bourbon gulab jamun (some of the best I've had at a restaurant) in their inviting space. Service was good and speedy, and the restaurant filled up quickly while we were there. I'd totally go back to try their regular menu!

Kama brings the best of both worlds: traditional Indian tastes with a modern flair. Every dish is a flavorful journey that's both comforting and exciting. From the street food-inspired starters to the aromatic mains, Kama hits all the right notes. The service is friendly, and the ambiance is inviting. If you're craving authentic Indian cuisine with a contemporary twist, Kama is the place to be. Check out my pics to see what I ordered!

Food is unbelievably delicious, so many layers of flavor are added to each dish. Service was exceptional from the greeting of the host to server to service assistants and can't forget the bartenders making the incredible drinks! The ambiance is wonderfully done. Very contemporary with hints of Indian influence throughout the restaurant. Highly recommended. Will be back

My friends and I didn’t know what to expect from a modern Indian restaurant but we were thoroughly surprised! The paneer ravioli is so creative and unique, and the appetizers were delicious! Definitely a must visit in Chicago.Vegetarian options: Lots of options to pick Paneer or Channa instead of meat!

Ten out of ten. The food was supurb. Lots of flavor, they are known for their fish and lamb, but I am vegetarian and there were plenty of choices. Phillip was our server and he was on it. A used plate or spoon didn’t last long on the table after use. Ambience is dark and moody, but still vibrant enough if you are hanging with friends. We drove in from the burbs and we will be back.

Cool atmosphere but they were quite busy during restaurant week so they kept us on a very strict schedule which had us feeling a little rushed at times. The drinks were great and the food was ok. I’d definitely come back during a regular week and try their more fusion
