I called to inquire if there was a new chef, new management and although the staff seemed nice, I do not believe it is the same management nor chef. I won’t be going back, food is totally different, not as good as before. My standing order is Mongolian chicken with egg roll.

I will say after the recent staff change the food has been slightly different. More so the fried items, (crab Rangoon, egg rolls, etc) they’re so greasy now. I’m just wondering what has changed.

I am absolutely stunned at the huge disparity in the reviews of Kam’s Chinese (Chop Suey). I have been ordering food from this restaurant since the day they opened about 10 years ago. I consider this Chinese cuisine take out establishment to be a staple of the community. The service is always warm and courteous, the food fresh and hot, and the portions — including the proteins — generous. The food is consistently delicious. I have been an ardent supporter of this establishment for over a decade, and highly recommend Kam’s for convenient takeout Chinese food in Chatham.

I ordered a small beef fried rice 2$ extra beef & spicy; 4 shrimp egg rolls & egg foo young small shrimp fried rice dinner. My food was bland didn't get what I paid for. My friend did not get the extra meat I paid for plus food was not spicy. I will not be going back.

I use to love this place. Food is the worst I had in a long time. I ordered veggie fried rice and veggie egg Foo young. The egg Foo young was burned and the gravy was flavorless and cold. The rice was dry as if it was old. NEVER AGAIN.

This restaurant has okay Chinese food and terrible service. It is such a shame I continued to visit this restaurants out of convenience, it is blocks from where I live but every time I visit the young girl taking orders is extremely rude. Last night will be my last time visiting this establishment there are far to many Chinese restaurants within a mile radius for me to continue to spend my money at an establishment that treats me as if they could care less about my business.The food is mediocre and service is terrible. I will begin to patronize another nearby establishment.
