Let me start off with saying the vibes were great from all staff to the community that came in and ordered. It reminded me of a community deli back in NYC. All walks of life coming in through this shop. Loved it. My boyfriend and I ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich special and buffalo chicken sandwich. Both great and tastes fresh, and the fries that came with were crispy and tasty. I was also a big fan of thee sweet chocolate chip cookie that was wrapped at the counter. Wish I bought more actually. The place was clean and neat. Decent amount of seating for a small spot, also had a nice patio with seating. We became fans as we were passing through Bridgeport. All love🫶🏼

The best hidden gem in the city. i’ve been here numerous times with friends and the food is always. Excellent. They have a great variety. You definitely get fed for the money. There is only street parking, but I still always managed to find a spot as a lot of people are to go orders there’s a couple small tables inside, but there’s always a seat available. Just seems to work out good one of my favorite places hands-down.

Got the cold turkey and pepper jack 8” sub. Everything was great, from the meat to bread ratio, and the fresh turano bread. My only complaint would that it would be nice to have some red wine vinegar on the sub to cut through the heavier ingredients.

Always a must stop when I’m in the area! The rio is delicious alone and a bonus with the au jus included. We had no complaint for the fries in our meal, however, the staff brought out fresh/hot fries for us since we were given an older batch. What a nice guy and great customer service!

On a friend's suggestion we stopped in. The Italian beef was awesome!!! We will be back. Order ahead, stop in front, turn on your flashers and send the second person in to pick it up.
I have eaten here several times for breakfast and lunch, and have always had a quality meal. However, I ordered catering trays of sandwiches for the first time this weekend for a party and I was even more impressed as all of my guests were asking where the sandwiches were from. I did the Cajun chicken sandwiches and Italian sandwich tray and everyone loved them, also very reasonable pricing for the amount of food. It was ready on time and presented very well. I will definitely order catering from them again.

I stumbled across this little gem this morning and it smelled wonderful outside. I decided to try their sausage breakfast sandwich. Not knowing at all what to expect, I was blown away by the size, flavor and overall quality! Served on a French roll the sausage is savory, eggs fresh and bread soft but Chewy. I hope my travels bring me this way again!
