Let me start off with saying the vibes were great from all staff to the community that came in and ordered. It reminded me of a community deli back in NYC. All walks of life coming in through this shop. Loved it. My boyfriend and I ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich special and buffalo chicken sandwich. The best hidden gem in the city. i’ve been here numerous times with friends and the food is always. Excellent. They have a great variety. You definitely get fed for the money. There is only street parking, but I still always managed to find a spot as a lot of people are to go orders there’s a couple small tables inside, but there’s always a seat available. Just seems to work out good one of my favorite places hands-down.
Got the cold turkey and pepper jack 8” sub. Everything was great, from the meat to bread ratio, and the fresh turano bread. My only complaint would that it would be nice to have some red wine vinegar on the sub to cut through the heavier ingredients.
