The views were stunning but the food was absolutely trash. You all need a menu revamp asap. Dive bar food is better. We ordered the wings, burger, salmon entree, and a charcuterie board. Just take the charcuterie board off the menu. It contained old meat and low quality cheese, crackers and homemade croutons. The burger was precooked and reheated patties and the brussel sprouts were terrible. I've never been to a restaurant that couldn't make brussel sprouts..The wings were decent. If you reserve an igloo you have to spend a min of $85 per person but it was hard too hit the minimum with terrible food. Oh do not order the store bought cheesecake. Gross.

Was a very chill spot to hang out, have nice city views and a drink. We came for my brother's birthday pictures and to have a cocktail, and we really enjoyed ourselves. Will be back!

The igloos look beautiful! They’re beautifully decorated and there’s a heater and Bluetooth speaker in each one. The skyline view is one of a kind.

i didn’t know i had to spend a minimum of $170 for the igloo. i thought it was just $170 to be able to eat in it. the tables are not even tables, two side tables connected with a cloth so had to hover over them to eat. We are visiting from out of town and had a hard time getting our bill to that amount with the options provided.

To summarize:
Over priced with minimum selection, food was not worth the $170 ($226.00 after tax/tip). Service was good. Thankful for the experience to remind me to NEVER try it again.

We reserved an igloo, very cute inside but that was about where the positive experience ended sadly. We arrived for our 7pm reservations and it took 15 minutes to be seen by a waitress. Waitress was not attentive despite what seemed to be a lot of table runners. The igloo dripped water on the inside, no one showed us how to work the lights or the speaker inside. The bar food was mediocre at best. $85 min per person but we were told we were way under despite having met the required amount so purchased wine bottles to go. We were rushed out of the igloo in advance of our two hour reservation, even after we mentioned that we were not even able to order until 7:15. Very disappointed in the experience.

We visited Kennedy Rooftop for my friend's 30th birthday, and it was an amazing experience. From the manager to every staff member, everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. We stayed in the igloos — they were warm, cozy, and created such a comfortable atmosphere. When we stepped out of the igloo, the downtown view was absolutely beautiful. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back! Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience dining in one of the heated igloos at Kennedy Rooftop. The igloo was warm, cozy, and the skyline views made it the perfect winter night out. We ordered the Sliders, Buffalo Chicken Dip, and the Mushroom Pesto Flatbread with smoked gouda, pesto, and truffle oil. The service was so friendly and attentive throughout, and there is even a speaker in the igloos you can connect to! Overall, a really fun and festive winter dining experience in Chicago for a date or a group outing. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy seasonal spot with great views.

We had a lovely time with the girls. I originally booked incorrectly and when I reached to correct the Manager Vola? Was able to correct it without issues. Will be back soon for the rooftop experience

The Kennedy Rooftop absolutely exceeded my expectations! The views of the skyline are unreal. Seriously one of the best rooftop vibes in the city. The space feels modern, fun, and super inviting, and the staff were so friendly and attentive the entire time! The drinks were great, the food came out quick, and the whole atmosphere made it the perfect spot for a night out with friends. If you’re looking for a rooftop that has amazing energy and stunning views, the Kennedy Rooftop is definitely the move. Highly recommend!

Our server was horrible. She's got bald hair and tattoos. She was mocking us, making snarky comments. Got the manger involved. Drinks on them lol and nachos were disgusting they removed them from the bill thankfully. Will never be back
