I ordered from them yesterday 7/11/2021 at 7pm online Uber eats . App kept saying my food was delivered I called the restaurant the lady said the driver will call when he is outside. Never got a call I was in bed at 12/1am when they delivered my food ?. By this time I don’t want it I already ate and I don’t know where this driver been or what happened to this food but I don’t want it. I keep calling the restaurant they won’t answer. The 1/4 dark j*** I ordered was hard as a brick other food looked Soggy. I threw all of it in the trash. Service unprofessional and I will never order again from them .

Terrible, ribs were tough as leather, can't believe it ! Fries tasted like yesterday's warm up's nope will not order anything else from them...not sorry...just was Bad !

This was the worst order eating experience I’ve had in a very long time! First they use their own delivery team so please do not order through any food delivery app because you will not be able to track your order. Secondly it took over 2 hours to get my order. Thirdly when it did finally arrive it came in a container similar to the size of one of McDonald’s quarter pounder sandwich and it was tough and lacked flavor. This spot is not at all recommended and if you do decide to take a chance please visit in person.

I LITERALLY GIVE NO STARS EVERY TIME I HAVE ORDERED FOOD FROM THEM I NEVER RECEIVED APPARENTLY THE UBER DRIVER MUST STEAL IT OR SOMETHING THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AND HAVE NO SENSE TO CALL U OR NOTHING ABOUT YOUR ORDER I LITERALLY HATE THIS PLACE THEY NEED TO BE COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN?

I can say this was the worst experience I had with ordering food through uber eats. First, I waited over 2 hours for my order to find out it wasnt coming. The customer service there is horrible! When I called to required about my order. I was told to hold on while she check the status of my order. She left me on hold never coming back to the phone.when I called back no answer. Never receive my food

If I could give it less stars I would. Worse place to order from. If you ever want to actually get your food to feed your starving family then don't order from here. I waited 3 hours for my delivery order and it still didn't show up. I had to cancel and get a refund on A $100 ORDER. The customer service is even worse, with stank attitude having employees answering the phone like you're bothering them. I don't know how the owner can allow employees to blow off $100 orders. What restaurant they do that at? If you want great food and and even better experience then DO NOT go here.

Today Tuesday October 13th 2020 I ordered some food from Kenny's Ribs The food was good as always but I did call them back to make a complaint about one item I was really glad to learn that you could now get again Dusties cakes were not available at this restaurant during the beginning and all the way up through now with the start of this pandemic The Dusties German Chocolate Cake that they sell now at this restaurant is not the original authentic German chocolate cake like they used to sell It is actually chocolate cake that has a caramel pecan icing on it I did call the restaurant back to let them know that I was not pleased with this change in their cake So I'm just letting others know that if you're expecting the original authentic German chocolate cake that is not what you're going to get The newer version wasn't bad but still was disappointing when I was expecting something totally different

This place is slow, wait over 2 1/2 hours for delivery. The food presentation looked a "HOT MESS". I will never order anything from here again.

I ordered thru Uber eats placed the order ahead of time to be delivered at 7 didn’t receive my food until 8:15. On top of the lateness my order has wrong items and missing items. I haven’t ate beef in over a year and one of my orders of turkey tips was...you guessed it...beef! So after eating a piece I knew it wasn’t turkey and spit it out unfortunately I already ate a lil piece. I’ve literally been sick since, thrown up and now I’m glued to the toilet so thanks for that. My mom really had her mouth set for turkey links and they were nowhere to be found in the order. So she’s rightfully upset as well. If it wasn’t enough to complete my order y’all should have just canceled it. We barely eat out as it is and this experience just really made me not want to do it ever again! First time ordering and I won’t be returning. Save your money and just learn to cook something’s yourself is what I got from this experience hope that saves someone else in the future.
