If you want to deal with horrible customer service this is the place for you. The people here dont respond in any other way but sarcasm. They dont have self control and honestly shouldnt even be working here they need a whole new crew. Thats just putting it lightly. Check the other reviews n see for yourself

They Never pick up the phone, I went yesterday at 10pm was closed early, before yesterday at 11 pm closed only cars maybe update the hours schedule cuse completely misguiding. At least pick up the phone! although I love kfc especially (popcorn) chicken nuggets but they also don’t have it so Sad why is it even open at this point ?
I’m scared to go all the way and find it closed again

Grubhub doordash Uber and other affiliates contribute more than 50% of daily business. Bargaining bathroom privileges over purchasing is I'm pretty sure against the law and city ordinance especially when said provider is delivering food from the establishment. Drivers should basically have a strong bladder if picking up from here. Odds are the parking lot is open season. Especially if your like me with multiple documented medical conditions

Drive-thru is true DISASTER here. The window beach refuse giving order status, no communication, shush people when they talk, and shut the window on customer’s face. A genuine disgrace on the brand.

Worst KFC experience ever. I ordered through the app for Drive Thru pickup, arrived after 15 minutes, and the staff refused to hand out my order. When I calmly tried to explain that I only wanted to confirm if my order had been received, she told me to “shut up.” She then told me to “drive around,” said it’d take another 30 minutes, and even told me to cancel my order, not because I refused to wait but because she simply didn’t want to serve me. She completely ignored me and only spoke to my husband.

Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. No apology, no help, just attitude. If this is how this location treats customers, they seriously need better management and proper training.

Drive-Thru Disaster at KFC Western – Avoid at All Costs!

I’ve never been treated worse than at the KFC drive-thru on Western today. Ordered a #5 tenders meal and asked for a Pepsi, then politely asked what sauce options they had to pair with my side—because, newsflash, sauce matters when choosing sides! The employee’s response? A baffled “What do you mean sauce?” I calmly explained I needed to know (no honey mustard? I’d pick fries over slaw). She snaps, “Sauces are at the first window.” I repeat, “Okay, but what kinds of sauces?” Nothing. When I pressed again, she barks, “I’m done!” and cuts me off, leaving me talking to dead air.
This wasn’t just bad service—it was a masterclass in disrespect. I drove off without my order, fuming, and went two minutes down the road to a spot that actually values customers. KFC on Western, if your drive-thru staff can’t handle a simple question without acting like I’m the problem, you don’t deserve a dime. I’m spreading the word to everyone I know to skip this dump. Save your money and sanity—go anywhere else for your chicken fix.

This isn’t “just a bad day”—it’s straight-up incompetence and zero respect for customers dropping their hard-earned cash. I sat there like an idiot, then drove out and hit up a spot two minutes away that treats people like humans. You lost my order, my money, and my loyalty forever. KFC on Western, if answering a basic question is too much for your “team,” retrain them or close shop. Don’t waste your time here—plenty of better fried chicken spots that won’t make you feel invisible.

Green shirt manager has no customer service. Nuggets dry and old and didnt receive sauces with my order. Cant get it right how do u make my order and forget 4 sauces right on box. Hope kfc loses customers hate when u pay amd get crap service and incomplete order

Long wait, Food wasn't hot and a little SNAPPY attitudes. No compensation for the LONG wait and food still wasn't enjoyable. Maybe next time.
I have always had complaints about NEVER smelling the KFC aroma.
