Ordered food off Uber eats but before I called because I had a run in the last time with Uber eats and still ended up having to drive my car and take the food back because it was horrible and they were very disrespectful. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE yelling and swearing through drive thru refusing to make my uber eats order. Telling me to CANCEL my order claiming they didn’t have it because they were too lazy to make it. This is why there was no customers in sight. Extremely lazy workers don’t EVER recommend stopping to eat at this location. Go to other KFC restaurants where your food is made with love.

I suspect the staff isn’t well taken care of at this location. Good people but the drive thru line made my walk in order for just a lemonade entirely too long and the restaurant itself smells like the bathroom from the door to the order counter. A young man loitering inside harassed every woman that walked in but luckily the staff is behind bulletproof glass. This KFC is open late on a major road, they need more help and a security officer.

I would love the number to corporate, but unfortunately the unprofessionalism and incompetence of the employees at KFC has made it impossible to contact someone concerning my issue. This is bottom of the barrel service. I wasn’t expecting much from a fast food service but at least the bare minimum. All the employees should be fired. This KFC has turned into a zoo. No respect and consideration of the costumer. They take money and give empty boxes of food. Somebody needs to check the cameras

And the first thing that exists here is racism for a queue. Make me so relaxed. When I do have money, being Latina doesn't mean that I don't have money to buy my food rather than a line. Denying me the cola as if I weren't buying the Coca-Cola soft drink with terrible service, because if I could, I would give them up to 0, not any Stars.

I went through the drive-thur, I ordered the famous chicken bowl. It was disgusting, the potatoes were watery and the chicken was extra small and tasteless, I can't say anything about the gravy, since the potatoes were so watery. Needless to say I will not be going to KFC for a long while.
