I come in their faithfully every week and get a three piece combo. the manager stays with a attitude in the mornings. and more I come I wait longer and longer for no reason at all. they rather chat first. or rudely whisper in a co worker's ear. while she taking my order.. and im talking about morning shift.

The employees were in the back arguing and cursing so loud that everyone could hear it in the lobby! Then the man at the register had the nerve to take out whatever was going on there out on all the customers. He was so mean, rude and nasty! I will never go back here.

This is by far THE WORST KFC I’ve ever been to, I spent $38.98 there and all my food was either overcooked or just plain nasty the chicken taste like they needed to change the grease months ago. I ordered the pie poppers and they were severely overcooked I went to ask for fresh ones and the store manager goes to tell me in her words “that’s how they’re supposed to be” so you mean to tell me that they’re supposed to be hard to the point that the flavoring inside is hardened and the outside to be as hard as a frozen chicken nugget?! I would give this place -5 stars their customer service is horrible and it seems like they’re stealing food from the store for themselves. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE AT ALL MAKE THAT EXTRA DRIVE!!!

It’s silly his attitude of these two just because I asked for a password in Spanish, they didn’t want to attend to me and I told him that I spoke a little English and he told me that they couldn’t attend to me because I don’t speak English well this is DISCRIMINATION and he told me there is the machine, that if they speak Spanish that takes them that they treat people like that they are very despotish and rude

I felt really bad for the team because it was only two of them so they were taking orders off the kiosk and mobile orders and whoever came in but they wasn't doing anything through the drive through cuz it said it was only two of them. So I placed my order at the kiosk and I didn't know it was just two of them back there but I noticed that people that were coming in behind me were getting their food before me and all I ordered was the three chicken tenders meal for $7 and I was wondering like why all those people get in their food before me and he said that he was doing mobile orders only and I said well that's not fair You should do the orders as they come in because my food actually was sitting on the counter as I waited to listen for my name as the key Ash told me but 20 minutes later I still had no food. I did finally get my food and had to rush back to my area because my Pace para transit arrival pickup was approaching fast. I never got a chance to eat my food and I dropped my soda trying to rush back to make my pickup🫨

The last two times I have been here I always get attitude for no reason. The moment you pull up to the drive thru no matter your nice demeanor it’s sassiness and attitude. Customer service is a hard job I’m sure but life is hard. If I’m not giving attitude try not to give it to me! A little attitude I can take but telling me that something is on the sign read it is downright rude! Go to school and do better! Literally pulled up to a fruity dude just ride for no reason. Guess it should be expected from our people? Absolutely not. We have to do better by each other. Have to make the best out of our situations because at the end of the night you are still in there frying chicken dummy.
