Right round my way, this is my most visited kfc.The last time I visited, it was pleasant. One guy in front if me, one behind, we all 3 ordered that $20 fill-up, I think its called. Only the greatest promotion piece ever. It feels inexpensive, feels like it can satisfy, even if you're sharing w one other. We each had to await fresh breasts, but the counter was so friendly, we were rendered friendly.Another guy came in w a misorder. The crew accepted responsibility, the guy was pleasant about it, and all w him was righted. Then, we original 3 got our orders and wished everyone lovely evenings.This was an enchanted kfc. At least this particular Sunday evening.

I just left this KFC and i will keep my comment to myself for legal reasons but i just threw all of it away and i had very good reasons to do so. Cooperate or whom ever please go inspect ASAP

The manager with the tooth missing and orange hair tried to make me believe that the small cup was medium. Was very rude when I addressed the issue. She is very sad pitiful and pathetic. Every time I have been in this establishment she rude and upset about something.

I wish ALL the KFCs in Chicago were like this one!!! Stopped in for lunch… food was delicious… real customer service and what I liked most was to see.. people AT work and working. Restrooms very clean also impressive. I usually go through drive through at these places n decided to go in and I’m glad I did. Lots of restaurants I visit rarely have enough help… not the problem here Yall doing something RIGHT- KEEP DOING IT!!! Thanks!!

We ordered the $20 fill up box when I say that was the worst chicken I've ever had the nuggets were hard, the fries were just nasty and the chicken was tasteless the biscuits and bbq sauce were good that's about it I love KFC I just didn't like this location.

Friendly and fast service, and the food is great! My orders are always correct and I always receive courteous service from the employees.I love the wall decor just past the entryway. I find it to be very inspirational that Colonel Sanders was up in age when he founded KFC and became famous for it. That is proof that you are never too old to create something that may become popular nor to travel around the world! Humanity could use many more similar success stories right now!
