Just visited. I was ignored at the drive-thru. When I parked and came in I found out it was because the drive-thru girl was going on break. Restaurant looked unkempt. Cashier with a 🌈 flag on hat initially went to take my order. I asked a question and he walked away to service the drive-thru. My total wait time was about 10 minutes. I left after witnessing a food prep young lady use the same gloves to make a chicken sandwich, touch the switches on the drive-thru remote, and then open the chicken door to prep another order. 🤮

I ordered through the app they got everything wrong from the drinks to the food ..everything is completely marked of my order . I go in to speak to the manager to see 2 young workers running around and 1 manager sitting on a chair in a corner she gets up screaming what now and cursing 🤬 it’s been 4 days and corporate is like this store horrible customer service horrible service do better…

Very rude customer service and the speakers for ordering are choppy at best. They also asked if I wanted to donate and upgrade my order too many times. 😔

Went through drive thru today I ordered the new chicken and waffles meal and a side of mash. First my order took a while, then my mash wasn’t in the bag, you get three finger size “tenders” definitely not worth it and one waffle that was super hard like it was just microwave. One tender was still frozen in the inside it was disgusting.

Lady behind register doesn't listen, ordered 3 meals with large sides and drinks. She seemed upset about wanting size upgrades. She also didn't know about sweet tea. Which they didn't have any in stock. The portions of large items are really small. Talking maybe 4 spoon fulls of mashed potatoes
