Unbelievably small pieces of chicken. They won’t let me post a picture of how small the chicken was. Mashed potatoes were horrible

KFC offers wheelchair accessibility on the first floor, making it easy to come in and out. While the food is generally okay during lunch hours, customers may face limited options after 7pm due to popular items like famous bowls often running out. One customer mentioned receiving fewer pieces of chicken in a family pack than they paid for, expressing disappointment in the inconsistency. Despite some mixed experiences, KFC remains a convenient option for a quick meal.
Recently, some customers have shared their thoughts on the service and food quality. One highlighted a positive online ordering experience for New Year's Eve, noting that the manager and cashier were very accommodating. Another customer, while appreciating the great food, mentioned that the service could improve, especially regarding order readiness and lobby cleanliness. They experienced a delay with their online order but enjoyed the food once it was ready. Overall, the chicken was described as fresh and hot, with friendly staff ensuring orders were correct. KFC continues to be a popular choice, despite some areas needing attention.
