Horrible experience and two faced manager. Childish doesnt listen but loves to yell

The manager indicates that the drivers eat the food. She is very spoiled. I do not recommend this type of place. I am about to sue this woman for defamation.

“I hadn’t been to KFC in two years — not this particular location, but in general. I recently decided to give it another try. The restaurant was clean and the staff friendly, but unfortunately, the chicken didn’t meet my expectations. It didn’t taste fresh and seemed like it had been sitting in the warmer too long. The breading was hard and had a bitter taste. For now, I’ll take a break from KFC and look for fresher, juicier chicken elsewhere.”

I did an online order for New Year's Eve. The app doesn't really offer what you can get in store like half crispy and half original however call the store. After placing the online order I called the store. The manager and cashier very accommodating. I guess I have to say was the best online experience I had with a food order

While this is the only one near me, and near is an understatement (20 min drive in traffic one way). While the food was great, for fast food chicken, the service was lacking a bit, as well as the lobby not been tended to. Made an online order, with a 'pick up time' and I was there just before it. When picking up what I got was "the order before you had to be re-done, and we are re-making the chicken for yours". Ok, well, that would be the case if it happened to me, so I waited +10 min outside, they came out asking if I wanted to change part of it, as they has it ready (crispy vs extra crispy I ordered). I said that's not what I ordered, offered me a side, picked fries, and ate them in the lobby which had a few tables not cleared. Now it's not fully in the, as people should have taken their trays and cleaned up actual trash, but there was still stuff on the floors, and crumbs on tables viable from others. Took me a minute to find a clean enough one to sit at while waiting.

The food I received did not match the order. The chicken was supposed to be crispy but was regular. I ordered 16 pieces and only got 10. I do not recommend this place and I will never order anything there again.

The chicken was really fresh and hot! The staff was friendly and accommodating. Order correct which is good because most fast food places screw up the orders! I highly recommend this location.

I am always glad to go to this KFC. Dining areas are kept clean. My food was ready quickly. The order was exactly right, even with changes, and it was still hot when I got it. I will definitely come back to this location.

Hello, fellow human people! I read all of the negative and horrifying reviews on this particular location but decided against my better judgment to take a gamble and give them a shot. My experience was not great, but it was also not terrible. It's what I like to call the Goldilocks Zone, which is neither good nor bad, but was just right.

Decided to drop by shortly after they opened and ordered through their drive-thru. For over 20 bucks, I picked up a Fill-up Box and a couple of sides, which was handed to me quite quickly. The service was decent. The workers at that time were young people who were neither overly-enthusiastic nor blatantly rude and inept. Again, it was just the Goldilocks standard of service, which was just right.

Brought my box home and me and my demonic litter of wolf beasts dug right in. Right off the bat, I noticed immediately that everything inside of the box tasted of cardboard, especially the fries and biscuits, which is probably why they supply an abundance of different sauces to help mask the strange flavor. The fried chicken was actually quite crunchy, but again, there was an underlying, very obvious taste of cardboard hiding amongst the herbs and seasoning on the batter. The nuggets were decent, tender, and were really the only food items that tasted the least like cardboard.

Overall, I'd say that the quality of the food was just OK. It is edible and made slightly palatable, mainly due to the various sauces provided inside the box, and I am relieved that we didn't get sick from whatever we consumed. It's certainly not the same KFC I recall eating as a young Werewolf pup 30+ years ago when it was still good, and it will probably never reclaim its former glory. With that said, I most likely won't be visiting this location again. One and done and on to the next.

Vegetarian options: The biscuits, coleslaw, and any variation of the potato might be vegetarian.

Dietary restrictions: Probably not Halal or Kosher or gluten-free. I'd also phone ahead in regards to any food allergens.

Parking: Free parking lot with several spots. Finding a spot won't be an issue as I have never seen more than 2 cars in their lot at any given time during their operational hours.

Kid-friendliness: Given the poor reviews given to this specific location, I would find another fried chicken establishment for your kids, lest they contract a food-borne illness due to human negligence and apathy.

Wheelchair accessibility: Doors appear wide enough to accommodate an assisted mobility device. No clue as to an automatic door function.
