Went in to pick up order... no employees visible from counter for several minutes, so as I wait cant help but notice greasy windows and door handles. Yuck. I waited, then 2 appeared mischievously from the back. Another customer entered, apparently did not receive complete order from drive thru... so they completed her order. Another employee appeared from the back, but disappeared into another area. Something strange was happening, I dont know what it was. I picked up my order and left. That place needs some serious management help.

Ordered through the app. Which good thing I did because no one’s really at the register. Manager (maybe) came from the back to see if I was helped. Seemed like just her, one in the drive through, one making food (hard to tell). But that’s what it seemed like. Was told 5 minutes for the sandwich to be cooked. Turned into 15. And got the order wrong. Loud music…no customer service.

I just had me the spicy chicken sandwich and she asked me if I wanted pickles? U KNW I WANT PICKLES!! Whoever is making them sandwiches a certified Champ!

Sharing this as someone who usually opts for Chick-fil-A or Canes.

I always appreciate more competition in the industry, so if you guys are trying to put yourselves back on top, I have a few suggestions.

1. The Drive-Through area and exterior of your building is in rough shape. The most noticeable change that could be made is replacing parts of the outdoor menu (microphone box, plastic cover for the menu, etc). The parking lot has potholes.

2. Wait time was strangely long. I pulled up to the menu, and despite there only being one car in front of me, the person on the radio asked me to wait and took a good 2 minutes to get back to me. Orders should be snappier. Not sure if this requires more staff or a better system of ordering.

3. The chicken was great, but having the items put in a box, in a plastic bag, and then a paper bag makes it soggy. When I got home my bread roll and fries were damp, as were the napkins. Somehow you've gotta come up with a way to allow the heat to breath so the fries and bread can stay crispy. Also consider throwing an extra sauce in with your larger entrees. Two sauces for fries and five tenders was a bit stingy.

Wish you all the best. I'd love for KFC to be a major player in the chicken fast food game again!

Fried chicken Sunday at KFC!
I haven’t been to KFC probably since the late 80s. We ordered original and the crispy along with their sides..
The original taste just how I remember it.
It was very moist. The pieces of chicken were huge. The sides included their coleslaw, macaroni and cheese, mashed potato gravy, french fries
And their homemade biscuits.
Lol they still have their original buckets.
I pulled up at the window they were fast order ready, no waiting here.
This was a perfect Sunday dinner for a hot summer day!

The food is actually pretty on par for KFC, nothing about that. But I’ve lived a few blocks away my entire life and they consistently don’t adhere to their own advertised hours. I’ve had numerous (10-15) instances of trying the drive thru or ordering pick up in the app/uber eats delivery where my order is received and confirmed by the restaurant and then I show up and the lights are off and the doors locked.

The manager indicates that the drivers eat the food. She is very spoiled. I do not recommend this type of place. I am about to sue this woman for defamation.

“I hadn’t been to KFC in two years — not this particular location, but in general. I recently decided to give it another try. The restaurant was clean and the staff friendly, but unfortunately, the chicken didn’t meet my expectations. It didn’t taste fresh and seemed like it had been sitting in the warmer too long. The breading was hard and had a bitter taste. For now, I’ll take a break from KFC and look for fresher, juicier chicken elsewhere.”
