I give this place a 3 out of 5 stars because I ordered 3 combos and they only gave me fries for one of them. Also some of the portions were kinda low for how much you are paying (for instance my friend ordered mac and cheese and the portion was tiny). Don't get me wrong the food tasted pretty good, but if you ever order from this location make sure you do it online so they know what to put inside the bag.

1star for food because I didn’t receive any
5 stars for service because the woman who assisted me was very helpful and pleasant
3 stars for atmosphere because I can’t rate it good or not due to me going thru the drive thru since the lobby was closed prematurely.
I ordered online over an hour before closing and practically everything I ordered wasn’t available. The woman at the drive thru window informed me very politely that they were closing soon. FYI I arrived at 9:30p and they close at 10:30p. I was confused and tired from work and with my fiancé being frustrated, I decided to leave without question or confrontation in order to feed my hungry partner. On top of this, I wasn’t able to just cancel my order since I ordered as a guest online, so was left to sit on the phone calling customer service to cancel the order and wait to be refunded within 3-5 business days. Pretty unpleasant experience resulting in a 1 star review. Canes ended up being a better option. KFC keep that in mind when you discuss your overall subpar google ratings.

very oily
I got an entire 12 piece meal and had to spend like two dollars on sauce. I asked in the drive-through if they were sure they put the sauce in my order and they said yes. Come back home with no sauce. This is absolutely ridiculous. How can anyone be that stupid?

I live in the area, and every time I buy chicken there, it is never fresh. Management doesn't care, employees with bad attitudes, and chicken is dry and hard, and when you go inside it's not even clean, there is so many other places to go and eat some good food.

Went in to pick up order... no employees visible from counter for several minutes, so as I wait cant help but notice greasy windows and door handles. Yuck. I waited, then 2 appeared mischievously from the back. Another customer entered, apparently did not receive complete order from drive thru... so they completed her order. Another employee appeared from the back, but disappeared into another area. Something strange was happening, I dont know what it was. I picked up my order and left. That place needs some serious management help.

Ordered through the app. Which good thing I did because no one’s really at the register. Manager (maybe) came from the back to see if I was helped. Seemed like just her, one in the drive through, one making food (hard to tell). But that’s what it seemed like. Was told 5 minutes for the sandwich to be cooked. Turned into 15. And got the order wrong. Loud music…no customer service.

I come here alot today the food was horrible and the drink tasted like roach spray got me extremely sick to my stomach NEVER AGAIN AT KFC lost my business for good

Sharing this as someone who usually opts for Chick-fil-A or Canes.
I always appreciate more competition in the industry, so if you guys are trying to put yourselves back on top, I have a few suggestions.
1. The Drive-Through area and exterior of your building is in rough shape. The most noticeable change that could be made is replacing parts of the outdoor menu (microphone box, plastic cover for the menu, etc). The parking lot has potholes.
2. Wait time was strangely long. I pulled up to the menu, and despite there only being one car in front of me, the person on the radio asked me to wait and took a good 2 minutes to get back to me. Orders should be snappier. Not sure if this requires more staff or a better system of ordering.
3. The chicken was great, but having the items put in a box, in a plastic bag, and then a paper bag makes it soggy. When I got home my bread roll and fries were damp, as were the napkins. Somehow you've gotta come up with a way to allow the heat to breath so the fries and bread can stay crispy. Also consider throwing an extra sauce in with your larger entrees. Two sauces for fries and five tenders was a bit stingy.
