I was in this kfc earlier today and two drunk workers walked in one of which “Mya” started yelling and cursing out another young employee.I feel bad for the girl in there doing her job and this drunk women comes in cursing and yelling at her. I’m surprised she kept her cool cause I could never!! This establishment is very ghetto! You guys need to do better with hiring better employees and getting rid of the current ones. I see this place getting closed down soon. I wouldn’t even bother ordering at this place anymore with so many better options around this area!Mya is a terrible employee for that!!

TerribleI ordered online , waited 40 minutes to hear from the lady at the window that they haven't received my order. I payed over $60 lost my time and had to leave with no food. The app showed that the food is ready but restaurant didn't have it at all.Left the place hungry, angree and disappointed.
Ordered the eight-piece chicken fill up with tenders thru Uber Eats. Instead of getting the standard two wings two thighs two breasts two legs they gave me for chicken wings which were so overcooked that they were dust..one breast that was dried out, 3 thighs. All chicken was way overcooked and inedible! The fries were also hard as rocks. The only thing edible was the mashed potatoes and coleslaw. For the expensive price that they charge, I would expect quality instead I got burned like the chicken. Very disgusted and dissatisfied! I will not spend my money here as it is a total loss and waste!!!!

You like ghetto ? You'll love this place. You will really enjoy the horrible configuration of the drive thru, especially when ordering. If that isn't enough, the rude and obnoxiously hostile employees AND manager will really make you want to return to this place. For me, never again.
