Refusing to make order and they don’t know how to cancel it themselves so DoorDash is sending multiple drivers to pick up an order they are refusing to make because they are incompetent and can’t work their delivery system.

These people in here are rude and unprofessional. They are rude to customers. This location needs to be shut down. There is always a problem with this location. The employees use foul language in front of the customers.

I was in this location on 3/20 the cashier name Christoper I spent $35 and when I asked for hot sauce he gave me five when I asked for more he literally told me I didn’t need anymore and walked away. I would think that $35 for chicken I should be able to get what I asked instead I was criticized someone needs to coach him on public customer service

The older black women here are just wonderful. Reminds me of a good old-fashioned Christian woman, fair and firm black women. Best customer service and food preparation in Chicago. Food is always hot and freshly cooked. So, being patient is the customers advantage. Please lady's of KFC. Keep feeding Chicago hot,fresh,and delicious food.

Everytime I order from here my order always come back incorrect. I tried to call but number doesn't works that's definitely a red flag. I will never order from here again. How they still in business if they have so many complaints.

Placed a mobile order through the KFC app. Proceeded inside the restaurant to pickup my order. I was told it would be another 10 mins for original recipe chicken or I could choose the extra crispy chicken with no wait. I chose to wait. I went out to my car to wait the 10 mins. When the 10 mins lapsed, I proceeded to walk back in and was locked out. They had locked all the doors into the restaurant. I waited and an employee signaled me to go to the drive thru. I proceeded to the drive thru and advised I had the mobile order I was waiting for and she said they still didn’t have the chicken ready. I couldn’t wait in the drive thru for my order and needed to park next to the wall, which I did. I waited another 12 mins and proceeded to the drive thru pick up window. She said the chicken still wasn’t ready and I could just cancel my order, so someone else could receive my chicken. I wanted my order at this point. I contacted customer service via the mobile app chat and advised of the situation. He advised I could not cancel my order or get a refund because the restaurant confirmed my order was ready for pick up. I went back to the window 10 minutes later to advise this. They acted like they didn’t know who I was even though I’ve been there over 45 mins waiting for my order. I do not suggest going to this location and saving the head ache of a place.

Manager and staff are very rude bad attitude I had to wait a whole hour for my food when I ordered it online and they said it was ready and it wasn’t until a whole another hour bad service and then they don’t tell wats going on bad service and they are very ghetto bad for business food was disgusting the French fries were cold the Cole slaw was spoiled the gravy was old the biscuits were like rocks the chicken was cold but the day everything is fresh and hot Shid it was cold when I made it home and nasty ?

Would have given 4 stars, until a male worker got up set when I questioned him about fixing my food with plastic gloves on when it looked like he grab my biscuits with his hand, and then he didn't want to finish serving me, but willing to carry a conversation over the head set and it wasn't the drive through, and thank to Mrs Katrina who replaced the biscuits. I suggest that if something like this get a worker upset, and I was the only one at the counter at the time.Big thanks to Mrs Katrina for diescalating something so minor.Mc Vicker and North Avenue ?
