This is a terrible location ! They was more concerned about cleaning and closing and was not taking care of customers!
A lady name Alex was the most helpful and had excellent customer service . If she did not make my food it did not look like it was going to get made if she did not start it became the whole crew kept on cleaning ! This was a pick up order .

I’ve been sitting here waiting on my KFC order — just two meals that cost me $23 — and it’s ridiculous how long it’s taking. I’m not the only one either; there are multiple cars in the lot waiting, clearly frustrated. What makes it worse is that the employees inside don’t even look like they’re doing anything. To top it off, one of them actually stepped outside to smoke a cigarette while customers are left waiting forever for food. Very disappointing experience and not worth the money or time.

Terrible location. They need new managers and staff. No one in the front taking orders and when they do take orders they are rude and unprofessional.
