I’ve been sitting here waiting on my KFC order — just two meals that cost me $23 — and it’s ridiculous how long it’s taking. I’m not the only one either; there are multiple cars in the lot waiting, clearly frustrated. What makes it worse is that the employees inside don’t even look like they’re doing anything. To top it off, one of them actually stepped outside to smoke a cigarette while customers are left waiting forever for food. Very disappointing experience and not worth the money or time.

Terrible location. They need new managers and staff. No one in the front taking orders and when they do take orders they are rude and unprofessional.

Refusing to make order and they don’t know how to cancel it themselves so DoorDash is sending multiple drivers to pick up an order they are refusing to make because they are incompetent and can’t work their delivery system.

These people in here are rude and unprofessional. They are rude to customers. This location needs to be shut down. There is always a problem with this location. The employees use foul language in front of the customers.

I was in this location on 3/20 the cashier name Christoper I spent $35 and when I asked for hot sauce he gave me five when I asked for more he literally told me I didn’t need anymore and walked away. I would think that $35 for chicken I should be able to get what I asked instead I was criticized someone needs to coach him on public customer service

The older black women here are just wonderful. Reminds me of a good old-fashioned Christian woman, fair and firm black women. Best customer service and food preparation in Chicago. Food is always hot and freshly cooked. So, being patient is the customers advantage. Please lady's of KFC. Keep feeding Chicago hot,fresh,and delicious food.

Everytime I order from here my order always come back incorrect. I tried to call but number doesn't works that's definitely a red flag. I will never order from here again. How they still in business if they have so many complaints.
