Customer Service is terrible. The employee that they have at the drive thru in a wheelchair has a terrible attitude .She is very rude. Touches the chicken with no gloves after handling cash. Very unsanitary.

One of the worst managed KFC stores I’ve ever been in Ordered in the app for pick up. Was there at the designated pick up time, still took another 20 minutes waiting to get my food. I was late getting back to work. Fast food??? Not at this KFC!!

This is the worst kfc i have ever tried, the i could feel and smell the rawness of chicken i ordered pickup from app the chicken was too greasy and the skin of chicken wasn't tender, there was a very bad smell coming out of the chicken i try to finish it but end up throwing.

Very disappointed ☹️ we've been going to this location for years. Never had a problem till this new management took over. I placed an online order for the 1st time. I arrived 15 minutes early confirmed my crispy chicken was placed. They confirmed When it came pick up order. I was told I had wait 15 minutes the crispy chicken. I was told they had to fill other order when there weren't that many people that came in or drive thru. If they new myself including another customer was picking up his crispy chicken order. They should have made enough to fill our orders. They ended giving us white meat. To top it off I ordered fries and extra biscuits they didn't give it to me 😔 I should have checked but again I trusted them and still messed up the other.
